All that is certain is that if Nina comes out with the story to a sympathetic person about how awful the facility is, or has any other reason why her stay was less than a five star resort, the story gets spinned into a story about how immigtants under Donald Trump are being held in concentration camp like conditions. Maybe the unnamed MSM site is waiting until after Trumps inauguration to run with this story.

What I am 100,000,000% sure of is that those detainees probably were treated the best they ever were while Nina was there, and that she needed to be removed from the facility ASAP so that things could continue to operate as usual. No place like that can operate under normal conditions when a "VIP" is present.

Greta, Nina, and TLL don't have anything like the level of influence necessary to put the fear of god into the Eloy Detention Centre or ICE or anyone else.

Greta managed to gain a small level of respectability thanks to Miley and a couple of low-tier fluff articles, and is definitely well aware of how to make herself the squeakiest wheel and hoard all the grease - but TLL isn't nationally known. It doesn't have a reputation or a mainstream media presence. Outside of KF and the Troon-o-sphere online, Greta is no one. Trans LifeLine is nothing. Even if Nina saw poor sad brown people getting misgendered literally raped and murdered while locked up, she doesn't have the kind of influence to cause a public opinion clusterfuck or media storm by talking about it. Eloy already had a shitty reputation to start with and nobody there knew who Nina or Greta or TLL were. They wouldn't have stopped playing Kick the Illegals just because some Z-list troony loony with flaky psoriasis running a scam on an expired visa was in their custody.

As far as Greta not having any pull, that's true as well. It's less to do with influence and more to do with, "they are gonna fuck this up anyways, and they can't stop posting on social media, so instead let's detain someone who we actually might have trouble finding."

She didn't get fast tracked. From the moment ICE decided she was eligible to be bonded out, all that had to happen was for the bond to be paid.

Greta and co might want to represent her being bonded out as "activism in action", but it was just the system working normally.

Nina is no Elian Gonzalez. They got a few phone calls from a limited audience. They didn't get hundreds of phone calls from average citizens, or multiple mainstream journalists calling to know what was going on (the only media attention it got was lazy articles written by Greta and Nina's friends). They didn't have high power human rights lawyers lining up to get involved.

Greta needs to promote the activism in action lie because this is going to be expensive. People aren't going to donate to the ongoing legal costs unless Greta can convince them that they're helping to fight a broken and oppressive system.

This will likely move painfully slowly, but at least it's something very real that Greta and Nina will have to worry about for however long it takes for it to be resolved one way or the other. For the next little while, their lives aren't going to revolve solely around jaunting around the country on band trips and "networking".

But, you don't have to include her alien #, it just makes it easier get filed properly and quickly. Prosecutors literally come into court with a goddmamned shopping cart like thing full of case files and I can imagine his Indian name looks like a bazillion others they have in their files.

Really, sending the information to the assigned prosecutor with the male/female name, nationality, DOB and clarifying it is a "Defensive Alsyum Claim" that he/she has been assigned will do just fine. It's just important to make it as easy as possible for the prosecutor to review/submit the information since they are buried in cases. If you don't make it very clear who this information pertains to and why it's relevant to their specific caseload it will get tossed/ignored.

I think you're giving Nina way more credit than she deserves. It doesn't sound like she got any special VIP treatment, or that ICE even had any idea who she was. The only reason they have any vague idea of who she is now is because of all the troon calls, and even then I bet they're thinking TLL is just some local service or something.

It sounds like her process was pretty normal. That's why nobody here was surprised she got out on bail because we predicted that would happen since day 1. If anything, it took longer than usual just because of the holiday timing. Greta and Nina are a bunch of nobodies, and they're not going to get any special treatment. The troon army did nothing to help her cause, and in all honesty probably nothing to hurt it either. Bitching on Facebook and calling a helpline does jack shit.

On the plus side, if TLL is ever investigated, all the shit Greta was posting does hurt them. The biggest thing is the fact that Nina was working here without documentation. Everything else regarding TLL as a scam would be a completely separate cause though, and nothing that ICE cares about.
