Yes, just as a majority of purple cars and pizza boxes didnt vote for Trump either... the thing is thats not how winners in a presidential election are determined. I guess they expect the way this should be determined is we just read everybody's mind and whatever the overall consensus decides is who is President.

There are always more tanks than jets. Cheap drones are a threat, but Israel and the US are already working on countermeasures for this kind of stuff. The US has far more advanced warfighting capabilities.
I don't think this is entirely fair. The US has not had a "total war" economy since WWII. I don't think anyone expected the Ukraine War to play out how it has, so the US was not prepared to expend this much ammo.
The US also accounts for the majority of global arms sales, but we can't mass-produce shells? This doesn't make sense. We absolutely can, but I don't think the Biden Administration thought the war would get this kooky.

He's asking them to be dropped without prejudice, as if the case would ever be resurrected. It never should have been brought in the first place and he's trying to save face by pretending it was ever legitimate. I want Trump to fight tooth and nail to have it dismissed with prejudice as improper and fight it all the way to the Supremes so Jack can get BTFO'd by the Supreme Court for a second time.
The opinion would make great reading for Jack, since Federal prison is pretty boring.

That case was done the moment SCOTUS ruled on immunity and he knows it. That attempt to refile it was pure cope.
Merchan is starting to telegraph defeat on the NY case. At this point the only wildcard is the Georgia case where the courts so far are letting Willis stay on the case for some inexplicable reason. Whether that survives further appeal, and whether the case even has any legs anymore, remains to be seen.

You know, Whoopi has always struck me, whenever I had the misfortune of watching the show with her constituents on, as the one who genuinely is more or less not as far gone as she probably portrays herself to be.
I'm probably reading it wrong because the Sister Act is a certified classic, but when you compare her to prolifically outspoken problem haver Joy Behar, she does come across as more chill.
Maybe it's her nature as having no eyebrows that mystifies and eludes me. Like a talk show cryptid sage woman. ...Who has a gun in her purse.

She is absolutely hamming it up for the show. She's still very liberal, but she is very no-nonsense. I have respected her ever since Opie & Anthony trashed her radio show, and she literally walked into their studio right after that and was a good sport about it. I think she's a lot more reasonable in person.
