That shoulder looks broken. you also need to realize that poses aren't copyright able and they can be re-used.
. My character on my centaur doesn't look like anything Lamby drew. it's also an original pose, for starters my legs are different, my arm is OVER my chest compared to Lambys who is under the breasts. my legs are more open and Lamby's front legs are closed, while the back are open but not as much as mine, Lamby's got perspective because of this the viewer sees the backside of the horse as though it was melting in to their front view, while my drawing has the horse left to right. My other arm isn't showing, Lamby's arm is under the chin. My arm is HOLDING A LANTERN. while the other arm doesn't even show. My centaur is half elf half human, while Lamby's is half human half horse/centaur. I never copied that centaur, I drew an original pose.
