What are you disagreeing with, exactly? I said it isn't a dogwhistle.I disagree, back when Cute and Funny was just getting off the ground, people found out what that was right quick and clamped down on it. Those that didn't, surprise surprise, didn't have much of a problem with lolicon in the first place. Now, I don't see this term being used anywhere other than in lolicon adjacent spaces. This isn't going to confuse any normalfags either, just like the "UOOOH" meme they know what's going on by this point. You use either in a normal conversation, you're likely to be called a pedophile. So much for a "dogwhistle" there.
My point is that "cute and funny" came to be as an obvious way to avoid spelling "cunny", because certain online services and spaces had (with good reason) started to ban the word and/or the people using it, usually via automatic content matching. Of course normal people saw through it right away, that was by design. Just like the other examples I gave: "pr0n" and "unalive". It's just what happens when terms get banned instead of actual subjects. It wasn't meant to confuse anyone but algorithms, and once it became a meme lolicons started using it like a kid giggling about saying "fuuuuuuu...dge" in church.
