Her lawyer going along with this bullshit is moronic.
It would appear that Nick is either not letting Kayla talk to her lawyer alone and her lawyer lets him lead the legal strategy, or she has been so Balldowashed that what she has had her lawyer file for her is indistinguishable from something Nick would write. I'm leaning towards the first possibility. It's disgusting to wreck whatever hope of a defense your wife has to take some shots against your gay ex-lover in a legal filing

Nick's back. Obviously directed at Aaron, but not a reply to anything specific. If he means Aaron reacting to the motion on his show, he's bullshitting. I saw it and Kayla was never mentioned.

It 100% leans into the same "Aaron bad" narrative that Nick has been making up for the past months and goes hand in hand with the organized harassment and witness intimidation theme. Now we have lawyers accusing a state witness of swatting the Rekietas. Total brainrot achieved.

The worst of it is that they just say it in the motion without proof or even reason. They just make the accusation and move on. Its going to just create more of a bad impression with the judge. The judge IMO is also going to see right through this that Nick - an attorney - is puppeteering the other defendants in the matter and that their attorneys are poorly representing their clients. I can't guess what this judge will do, but there are courtrooms where doing this garbage would bring down the wrath of god on Nick's head. Not officially of course. But it would still happen.

I can only assume that a judge or lawyer looking at this would conclude Nick is the one harassing Aaron. He's claiming Aaron swatted him while talking shit openly about him online and showing off information he stole from his Google account? It makes Aaron look like the victim of a psychopath. Clearly I'm not smart enough to figure out the 12d chess Nick is playing here.

Aaron has not mentioned Kayla even once during this stream.
The only thing he talked about was the accusation against himself of swatting NICK.

Nick's understanding of law is still impacted by the hole in his brain from cocaine abuse.

Wow, that’s beyond evil. He’s really using his wife to bludgeon Aaron with legal findings while making baseless accusations like that? I’m flabbergasted. What a coward.

Why was it found in the hair sample again?
He claims the cops rubbed cocaine into her hair.
Which, sure, it'll have to be a high concentration of piss cocaine, right? Actually no, all the decontamination methods I've read pushed the GC-MS results to below 200pg/mg. That's still a positive in certain settings, but NOT >5000pg/mg kind of positive.

I think Nick's just mad that Kayla's family (allegedly) would rather talk to Aaron than to him so he spitefully decided to take another shot at Aaron.

The motion argues that using drugs isn't a crime, only possessing them. So even if Nick was high on stream, that doesn't mean he possessed drugs at any time before or after using them. I suppose we're supposed to conclude it's reasonable to believe that Nick hopped up from his desk, raced out of the house to some undisclosed location, did the drugs there, and then raced home to resume his stream, but it's not reasonable to believe that he walked across the room, did a line of blow off April's ass, and then walked back to the camera...
In my (non lawyer) opinion this could be a valid argument if they didn't find almost an ounce of coke in his fucking house.

Oh, that's the game. Get Aaron to respond.
Nick, Melton and April have been trying to get Aaron to mention Kayla.
But he has been very good about not mentioning or even referencing her.

It must frustrate Nick beyond reason that Aaron is coming out on top in the court of public opinion.

So the 12-D chess strategy here is to sabotage his own wife's criminal case so Nick can bait Aaron into potentially saying something that will violate Aaron's restraining order so he can "get" him. All of this on the a day of his own hearing in a few hours in his criminal case and other legal activity in court tomorrow. All of this during a 24 hour period where Nick does not appear to have even slept.
