You got investigated twice because the death was suspicious and you are the only suspect with a motive, no alibi, and the means to commit the crime.

Also the fact of the planned date is also interesting. Was the person victim was going on the date with ever contacted during the investigation? If the plans got broken off last minute that gives me a couple ideas.

Her date apparently showed up to the house as the cops and ambulances were there. She had no idea and was showing up for the date.

Regarding the email. No matter what evidence we can provide, which does in fact exist, Emily will deny it. She denies she is WillowtheWay even when confronted with irrefutable proof.
