if he pleads guilty the case is over and therefore there's no reason for the court to not release it
For the 5000th time. The footage is not public record unless entered into evidence. Nick pleading out means no footage that way.
Unless a person party to the case and in that footage signs a release, it is very unlikely to be released.

Nothing would be funnier than if he fully cucks, goes in willing to kneel and take the State's dick balls-deep, and they say no dice faggot. Here's some more charges too.

Probably not. However, if he pleads to a felony, a suspension is almost automatic.
I will have such a stupid smile on my face if they arrest him for unauthorized data access at or after his hearing.

I fully believe they are waiting outside the courtroom doors with a warrant for his arrest after this hearing. How else do you quietly arrest someone where you know exactly where and when they’re going to be? (The courthouse)

He’ll plea out and leave the courtroom only for the bailiff to bring him aside with another BULLSHIT LYING FUCKOFF warrant for witness intimidation and criminal cybersecurity violations.

Besides, he hasn’t made any friends in that courthouse over the last few months. I imagine the sympathy well has run dry.

I had to plea because I am guilty, the evidence is overwhelming, and I would be raped at trial.

I had to plead because mommy wasn't going to piss away yet more of her money on legal fees when the worst outcome is a years probation and I stand no chance of winning anyway.

Besides, I'm raising two sons and I needed to show them how a man spends his mother's money.

I remember shortly after the arrest that Nick talked a lot about all the shit they had done to him that was wrong but couldn't talk about and how once we got the full story we'd be angered about how the gov't acts.

I await the stream where we get an explanation on why he decided not to pull the trigger on all these silver-bullet, case-ending "facts" he had lined up.

Imagine believing wholeheartedly that pleading guilty to being a massive cokehead who endangers his children is somehow the big win your whole year has been building towards, all while telling the world that your former gay lover with whom you had gay sex has a "child like pee pee" in a pedophile's chatroom.
Balldo thinks it's an own to admit he got butt fucked and cucked by a tiny penis?
It's time for him to accept that they just have all that power over him.
Remember his utter tard rage at being told what to do by his enabling softie weak parents? Now he's going to have cops up his ass for a while.

This is probably going to be something already asked, but at this point in time it bears repeating: If Nick pleas guilty, how does that impact Kayla's efforts to fight the case? How can one half of the couple contend "sir, this is all bogus, the warrant is invalid, and my client didn't commit these crimes!" while the other is throwing his hands up, assuming the position, and admitting that the charges being brought are all valid?

Couldn't they tell Kayla, "well, your husband already plead guilty and established the facts of the case we brought against him, which incriminates you too" or something? It feels like this reduces her chances of fighting this from almost 0 to exactly 0.

I had to plea, the case was destroying me, this is how the government destroys people. The process is the punishment. I was innocent but I had to plea. I had to.

t. Future nick
A lot of people have pleaded out to charges filed by maliciously corrupt court systems but Nick isn't one of them. In fact, he should be grateful they're letting him plea out to begin with, even if they're only doing it because they don't want to spend the time and resources to sodomize him with the Balldo of Justice.

If Nick takes a plea, which will undoubtedly have a probation/supervision aspect to it, he better PRAY that any charges that might come from the stuff with Aaron's google accounts don't get filed until after whatever his court-imposed good boy grace period is over or he is going to straight up fuck himself.

Blame PPP, he’s been saying for weeks now that pleading guilty = Body Cam footage. Not unlike when he was claiming “we’re getting the body cam footage any day now”

The coke could be NiQ's, Qayla's, or both of theirs. Nick is saying its his. That doesn't automatically mean Qayla is innocent, but someone did admit it was theirs. That could explain how it got there. Maybe she had nothing to do with it.

That's such a missed opportunity by the state, if i was the state i'd advertise this like a fucking box office in the whole country with billboards banners TV ads google ads. And since it's Nick Rekieta i'd even make an exception and let the judge rake superchats from the trial.
-Mister Rekieta how do you plea, wait one second "Rekietasgreenballdo for 20$ says give him the electric chair"
If Hollywood does an unnecessary remake of Idiocracy they would have to add this in.
