"I said I never TRIED meth, not that I didn't do it."
He did meth. He's on meth.

That's how Nick operates. Once he gets into his gay technicalities he's basically admitting to whatever he's denying.

Methamphetamine Nick, the meth freak, the meth fag, the meth cuck. Enjoy your meth, Nick, we all know you're on it.

I hate bringing them up but what is he going to do when the kids are old enough to talk about the abuse themselves? What is he going to do when they become adults? I hope they find good lives and never speak to him again
Eight Passengers 2.0

Although Ruby is April and Jodi is Nick. Absentee husband who is wilfully unaware is Kayla. I say Jodi is Nick because she was doing the borderline cult shit. April has Ruby's ego.

THEY WILL BE ABSOLUTELY BULLSHIT LYING!

From what little I saw online today, this idiot is actually not taking a deal and is gonna try to fight this out? Is this what I'm seeing?
It might be that. It might also be that they're still hashing out what plea deal he'll take. Or he's going to keep fighting it. We know literally nothing other than, "He didn't take a plea, as of today."

I hope his eldest puts a bullet in his brain pan. The poor guy probably gets relentlessly teased over his failures as parents.

Keep in mind Nick doesn't get to use the probable cause challenge Kayla filed even if it's successful. Also keep in mind Minnesota is a liberal state with a soft approach to drugs.

They might be waiting to settle both cases at the same time. One of them might take the fall for the other and the Prosecutors and Judge might be willing to go along with it.

I was just thinking about how sad things are for his children. Both of their parents became dramatically different people over the last few years. Imagine the betrayal his viewers felt except magnified exponentially. These were the people who took them to Disneyland and put presents under the Christmas tree and helped them with their homework. And within a relatively short period of time, abandoned them completely.

Nick wouldn't be gloating if this were the case.
My totally speculative guess for why he's "gloating" is that during his "off the record" settlement conference, he interpreted some comments from the prosecution as them not intending to bring further charges. That's just my guess, though, and it probably doesn't mean they won't bring more charges related to Rekieta's access to Aaron's Google account, but only within his current criminal case.

But I don't know... I just imagine it might be similar to when the State said in their letter that the current case had no victims involved, and he interpreted that as an extremely positive sign.

Would the charges for the Google account be brought by Stearns or Kandiyohi?

Could Kandiyohi say “We’re definitely not bringing charges” only for Stearns to bend him over?

Time to shut down the farms, Moonbeam. You perilously embarked upon a battle of wits with Lord Balldo, and you, I am quite sorry to report, have been bested. Your simple farmers proved no match for the master's superior cunning and guile. He had you all right where he wanted you the entire time.

Bravo, Sir Balldo! Hats off to you and yours. Please give the Qover my best.

Nick has this thing where he takes the most extreme predictions like 25 years jail and turns it into "See, everyone was wrong, I only got two years probation. The legal experts and practicing lawyers lied to you"

Just rewatch his stream after the Frank's hearing. Exactly the same.
