K Interview is up

Seems like only 5 people total in the court room. K, Tiki, and the 3 balldo clan. Nick tried to bring a bottle of "coke" into the court room but was DENIEDDDDDDD. Seems like April is confirmed to be driving her truck. Reketias driving the Lincoln with Kayla driving.

>coke
You just know Nick thought this was the funniest joke ever. Guys I brought COKE to the court case about my COKE. GET IT!?

Overall a good interview. You could really picture it on what went down....not that much went down.

K seems like a sweet lovely lady. Reading us autistic retards must be a stress for her.

Douche.

Edit for the archive and original.

So the current theory is that Nick was preparing to take a plea deal, the court brought up a condition he didn't expect and didn't like, and now we slide down to trial? My apologies, I've been keeping up via highlights and sporatic reading of other posts.

Lots of theories, no one knows anything except the following: he didn't accept the plea.

But the fact the subsequent meeting is another settlement conference (as opposed to either a trial date or formally accepting the current plea on offer,) indicates he is likely to accept a different plea with different circumstances, and those small details are being worked out.

Nick could also be holding on to a shred of hope that Kayla's warrant gets tossed from now until this new settlement conference. If that were to happen, it would roll over to his case. The charges would get dropped. But it's extremely unlikely this will happen.

Nonetheless I think there's a good chance that's the strategy deployed here for one particular reason--per eye witnesses, after the conference Nick got into the car and left. He didn't hang around and talk to his lawyer, but he also wasn't in the chambers where the lawyers were talking things over. If they were doing some kind of negotiation, I have to think he'd want to know immediately if the prosecution was amenable to his changes/inputs to the plea and hang around the court house. Instead, I get the feeling he already knew that the settlement conference would be rescheduled, pointing to waiting for Kayla's motion to conclude.

Did I miss something with all the plea speculation? Is it not also possible that no plea was even offered?
Yes, it's entirely possible. The vagueness of another hearing a month later can mean many things; maybe he's pled guilty like the Melton superchat implies, maybe he pled not guilty, maybe he was going to plead guilty but at the last minute the deal fell through. It's all up in the air at the moment.

My totally speculative guess for why he's "gloating" is that during his "off the record" settlement conference, he interpreted some comments from the prosecution as them not intending to bring further charges. That's just my guess, though, and it probably doesn't mean they won't bring more charges related to Rekieta's access to Aaron's Google account, but only within his current criminal case.

But I don't know... I just imagine it might be similar to when the State said in their letter that the current case had no victims involved, and he interpreted that as an extremely positive sign.
This is my speculation. They got a continuance with the argument that the probable cause challenge in a related case is pending and that the decision there could impact Nick's case as well. The state just went along with it, and Nick interprets that as "we were right, our arguments will prevail this time!", while the prosecution is happy to have extra time because the investigation into the multiple extra felonies committed by Nick, April and Melton in relation to the illegal access of Aaron's google account is ongoing.

At the end of the day the more time Nick gives them, the more bad things they will find and the plea offers will get significantly worse.
He should have listened to his then lawyer friends, hired a competent lawyer and stayed off the internet and rode this out while staying quiet.

If he had taken the plea he and Kayla could be 5 months into a 3 year probation period, April might not have gotten charged again at all. Not being a dumbfuck drug addict skelly would have been the real way to felt the KiwiFags.

Thanks, this helps a lot.

I'd guess
You should look at it as a continuance, since we will never learn what was discussed off the record, other than from Nick claiming full and total Endsieg, while lying straight out of his gaping balldo-stretched asshole.

For us nothing has changed.
I think it's most likely the prosecutor will try to combine the cases and secure a joint plea and then agreement.

Realistically the state isn't going to want to run two separate trials on the same issues, same crime, same witnesses and same evidence. It would be a dumb use of court time.

Maybe Balldo thinks that if somehow Kayla wins her probable cause it benefits him.

I guess he could try to pin the drugs all on her if she gets the warrant thrown out in her case but I don't think that would play out well for him after his recent admissions on streams and Twitter, if he plans to go that route. He's probably stupid enough to at least TRY at this point.

The legal defence of Nick "only acting" like he was on cocaine puts me in mind of a particular cross examination from the Depp Trial. Is Nick actually trying to pretend that the Cop is the delusional Psychiatrist in this scenario and that Nick is the brilliant defence attorney dismantling him on the stand? Is that what Nick intended to do with the Franks Hearing?

Man that was a lot of pages to catch up on. Bros, it's not over and I am glad that Nick will have more time to be worried and stressed about his life actions with actual ramifications. Earlier I said he will plead not guilty, I still subscribe to this as his plea deal offer will not be to his liking. I can see the state offering up tight controls on long term drug and alcohol testing, and we know how much Nick adores being an addict.

Caught Sean's stream last night as he was going through Kayla's filing and it's just god awful comedy at this point. How people who are all guilty of crimes are trying everything to wiggle out of just saying, to themselves and the public, that they fucked up, they are remorseful that they acting irresponsibly and didn't take care of themselves properly or their children, and they accept responsibility and punishment for their wrong doings just escapes me.

Having fucked up myself in various things in life, as we all have, I have always manned up and took any punishment that was valid for whatever I did or caused to happen.

The lols will keep coming with this group of reprobates for a long time to come. And if Nick accepts the plea then great. Cos he's gonna get fucked again soon on Aaron's personal information leak.

Don't stop the crimes Nick. You can move right next to the Court in MN to make traveling there a lot less hassle when the snow hits. You're gonna be in that courtroom so often going forward that they will reserve a special seat for you and your drug whores.

The Farms always wins Cuckeita

Yeah, despite my piling on with the redneck, trailer park feel to the family (that's legit), her dad has kind eyes and has been married for 25+ years. If he was shit, I think Aaron would have blabbed about it. Instead, Aaron frequently tells her to go back home.

This may be a story of good fathers when all of this is done. Except Nick.

Seeing this happy couple paired with that Facebook post her father left, I didn't think this thread could do it, but I'm literally shedding tears over this dumb dumb stupid easily avoidable situation.
(I'm still about 60 pages behind, slow down niggas!)
