That George Floyd comic would have worked as a killer ass opening scene for a Helluva Boss parody right before the intro theme kicks in. Nothing more, nothing less.Amazing how people got mad at the artist for doing something that would fit the characters.
Hey, remember the pilot, how cool it was and superior to Hazbin Hotel? Yeah, we do too. But fuck it, we aināt doing that - weāve got constant gay clarifications of relationships now and Blitz is having occasional emo tantrums.5 years since the pilot, fuck me.
Thanks for reminding me the pilot had a jingle that could have been the intro for a show that stuck to its premise. That George Floyd comic would have worked as a killer ass opening scene for a Helluva Boss parody right before the intro theme kicks in. Nothing more, nothing less.
Gotta love the hypocrisy:>Like Verosika

Well, I guess I had that coming. Silly me, liking characters who aren't Blitzo.
Both Hazbin and Helluva haven't gotten a theme song. Hazbin has like a ten second intro before the episode starts, but that's not a theme song. Helluva does have a theme song but it was never used again after the pilot. But since the show isn't about IMP anymore, kind of make sense not to use the theme song. Thanks for reminding me the pilot had a jingle that could have been the intro for a show that stuck to its premise.

Who would have thought? Expanding on a character makes them worse. Only in a Vivziepop show I tell you.Gotta love the hypocrisy:
"hey Blitz, ya should moved on and give Stolas space"
Said the bitch who cannot move on from one single impt to the point she throws annual "Fuck you" parties.
I actually kinda have beef with that phrase, but my beef is that. Okay, if this phrase was used when Boss and Hazbin were in pilot stages, it has more ring and impact. Now however? This is the most toothless and safe version of Hell ever. Infact, I'll go further and say that MLP had more balls than Viv does. Can't exactly argue with BlitzĆø when he says that this is Hell and everyone is a shitty person. That's pretty much true for the majority.
It's because any character who shows sympathies or wants to help Stolas has to always be in the right because the bird boy can never be wrong whatsoever. And it wouldn't be so bad if the show portrayed this as being as unhealthy as it is. But it doesn't. They're clearly trying to show Verosika is in the right here. Especially when she tells BlitzĆø to let Stolas go, and wish the bird good look and hope he gets laid. Shouldn't you be doing that Verosika?
This is why most studios don't let VAs get involved with fanwork; to avoid shit like this happening. Neither professional or an indie show gets this personal with their fans, and there is good reason why. The Hazbin/Helluva fandom is truly one of a kind, and this is coming from someone who knows about the Sonic fandom. So I found out about some new drama going on, involving the VAs selling commissioned prints on Streamily. Now I donāt know much about print prices, but these things are $223 dollars a pop. That aside, one of these is a Valangel print.
Yeah, thatās Valentino assaulting Angel for not paying attention to him for 5 seconds. As you can imagine, the fandom is divided into being like āOmgggg so hawtā and āhey thatās pretty fucked upā. Apparently Vivziepop did not have oversight here, and Joel Perez, Valentinoās voice actor, has been getting snippy with people.
Regarding those last tweets, I will admit that I have my own opinions on how fiction and reality affect each other and all that shit, but Iām not here to discuss that. I just know how deranged the Hazbin fandom is when it comes to both stans and antis, and Iām mostly just bringing this here for dissection.
I feel your pain. I still canāt believe that everyone on production read that script and thought to themselves: āthis is fucking incredible, logically sound, and in NO ways makes everyone insufferable. Lets produce it!ā>Like Verosika

This is my autistic ass needing to set this straight after seeing it everywhere: In her debut episode, Verosika very clearly says sheās doing freelance for a company that is located at the building. I know canon has no meaning when it comes to Vivs work, but still, sheās not working there, itās just a group of demons that hired her for a week one time.I forgot that they work not only in the same building but also across from each other until I saw Ghostfuckers...that must be awkward
Watch the show and find out, stupid. Or read this thread instead - itās only 11638 posts long. Why is Moxxie gay? What the fuck happened?
I keep seeing this tranny appearing in more and more media featuring Brandon. Whatās up with that?
Then why the fuck is her crew still there, and her initials on the door?I feel your pain. I still canāt believe that everyone on production read that script and thought to themselves: āthis is fucking incredible, logically sound, and in NO ways makes everyone insufferable. Lets produce it!ā

I guess the fandom just accepted them as Verosika's crew, and the writing team has accepted it too. Granted, she's also a famous popstar not only in Hell but also on Earth, so she probably doesn't go to the office there very often. And as Vortex has said, "her beef ain't mine". Her crew is probably neutral to BlitzĆø and whatever he is doing.I assumed those were the demons that hired her.
As for the initials, my ass missed that completely. I almost want to chalk it up to an reused assets, but knowing this show, as stated before, canon means zilch, and I guess sheās working across the hall from Blitzoās company now, and I just need remember to do a soft reset every episode because who knows what they decide to remember when they write, and who knows what they decide to throw the fuck out.
An yet then joins Verosika and Stolas in that "fuck you Blitzo song"And as Vortex has said, "her beef ain't mine".

Speaking of, when it was confirmed that two of the incubi were dating each other, one of them became less buff and masculine and more twinkified.

(Josh is the left incubus; Ace is the right incubus. Now that I'm looking at it again, Josh also has shrunk and Ace seems to have gotten more buff)
Viv, that's not very progressive of you to have a stereotypical gay relationship with the masculine top and feminine bottom. Is Viv just afraid of masculine men falling in love with one another? I don't think either of her shows has two masculine men dating or going to be dating in the future.
It's kinda like a fujo tornado. Blitzo's perpetual victim status and self pity are the cold front, Stolas being portrayed as completely rght in every horrible decision he makes are the warm front. Together they just ruin everything else in the show, while all the other characters can barely get out of the way. It's because any character who shows sympathies or wants to help Stolas has to always be in the right because the bird boy can never be wrong whatsoever.
Stolas is like a walking virus in the show, anyone or anything he's involved have to revolve themselves to defend or validate him.
It's like he's a borderline Gary Stu and all of Season 2 is just his delusions made manifest.
I guarantee Octavia is going to hate Stolas over misunderstandings or be manipulated by the evil Stella and her gay brother to hate him cause he did nothing wrong
