Uncivil has never practiced criminal law. I'm going to take this with a grain of salt since I don't know that Geno's testimony is necessary for the trial.

What ought to torpedo the case is the fact that Nick might very well have read correspondence between Aaron and his attorney.

Unless Aaron shared it through that messaging service Null convinces people to use, and which name escapes me at the moment. That would necessitate Geno downloading the app though. And I have my doubts he did.

Agreed on the correspondence issue -- unfortunately we have no idea what the timeline is for any consequences for any of that. I would hope the fact that it's directly related to this revenge-porn case would light a fire to get it resolved and spare the legal system a whole lot of bullshit, but who can say?

Nah, we know he didn't use Signal, IIRC April was able to confirm that the MMS image message was sent around that time because she still had access to Aaron's cell provider since she was still on his plan. Would have to look back in the thread though. I think I've forgotten more about the antics of these retards than my normie friends will ever learn.

If it was sent unsecured, they likely wouldn't need Geno.

I still say this ends with Aaron getting another bullshit misdemeanor conviction at worst, or with the whole case imploding at best.

I am more receptive than ever to the second possibility given all the meddling Nick has done.

Kayla is also most unsympathetic revenge porn victim I have ever seen. I can't even be arsed to have any any degree of outrage over what happened here. Aaron did a dumb, but Nick and Kayla deserve this shit.

It all hinges on how much of the gayop Melton was part of turns out to be true and if the prosecution looks at this clusterfuck of retards and decides to just let them kill each other to do the rest of society a favor.

I honestly find it hard to believe anyone even thinks that bullshit is worth prosecuting. It's all the result of those two morons massively oversharing despite multiple people advising them it was a horribly bad idea that was going to end badly, which it did.

I just don't this is what they had in mind when they wrote revenge porn laws.

I think they were thinking of the jilted ex-boyfriend sharing images of an ex to get back at her for the breakup. Or somebody hacking into a computer system.

I don't think they were thinking of a scenario where a married cokewhore shared an image with a man who isn't her husband, while her husband (also a cokewhore) is banging some woman who is not the wife (and is yet another cokewhore).

Frankly, I think the state should encourage everybody in that situation to suffer some embarrassment.

He shared it the day after Kayla messaged him asking that he not talk about the polycule publicly and that he not contact her family (he shared that message). Who knows his real motive, but he has plausible deniability. Less clear is why Geno and Keanu waited until July to tell Nick (via April) about it.
