Take a look at the bio for a second, she mentions her brother. This is important because my attempts to find any breached data from her aliases turned out to be a failure, however, if I'm able to find the dox on her brother it can easily lead to her dox considering the fact that they're in the same family. One thing I want to ask however to people who actively follow this thread, has Zoey mentioned that her sister is disabled? Because Rile made this tweet saying that his sister has cerebral palsy (Paralysis but for children)

Not surprising to me at all, Most of her rants are very strong over-reactions that sound like she doesn't fully understand what we are talking about. Autistic people can often come across as immature or be mistaken for children due to underdeveloped social skills. She's obviously retarded, but I suppose we now have a consensus as to what type of retardation she has.

She has an older sister, who was first mentioned in one of her "TAKE DOWN THE DEEPFAKES" rants.
New tweet, Zoey thinks some show called Arcane is a ripoff of Bioshock, and I'm curious as to where she's even getting this idea.

I don't think this guy is her brother at all. I think he's just some random teenager, he might have engaged with Zoey due to both playing Splatoon.

I didn't find any other references to a sister other than the tweet you showed, I did find a reference to a brother, likely an older brother:
