The US should return to the draft. However, the catch is that it only applies to men who have not had sex in the last 12 months. Having sex after getting drafted does not absolve a man of service, but each time he has sex reduces his service time by 1 month.

Humoring this, not only this is stupid, but you wouldn't know who applies or not, and invading someone's sex life in order to know seems not good, for privacy reasons.

Also, someone may have their partner in another country for that time, someone may be a widower, someone may be asexual (you know what I mean, don't care about semantics here), someone may actually not be able to have sexual relationships due to trauma or injuries, etc.

I don't like discrimination when in regards to these things (a draft, which could change your life from there on).
