Any bernie split would immediately absorb the remaining working class voters in the party and end up with ~25% of the electorate. You know, I keep thinking about how easy it would to make a better platform for transgenderism:
- No giving hormones/surgery to minors
- Don't take away someone's kid because they didn't play along
- Push for unisex single bathrooms instead (these are already pushed for people with wheelchairs)

This alone would be ten times more palatable, especially to people that haven't peaked among the dems.

Magic soil is a court ruling. And the courts can change their mind. Read the relevant part of the constitution. Its not as cut and dry if someone coming here illegally has their children also under the jurisdiction of the US. If "cant be infringed" on the 2nd can be shat, that part is way easier to do. Just argue that illegals are evading jurisdiction and their children de facto are too. Simple test is if they can be deported they arent under full US jurisdiction.

The nice thing is that Biden just ignored the courts plenty of times. Trump 100 percent needs to pull an Andrew Jackson asap. The judiciary willingly has gone along with too much and needs to be checked and punished.

And this is why I think the breakaway stands a better chance than the democrats proper at actually bringing the issues home. The globalist financial class thats been backing this destructive shit isn't getting any poorer anytime soon, and will almost certainly keep their claws deep in the party. To them, it really is better to burn them all as obstruction to losing their favorable policies, because they're not seeking reelection, and they'll just pay off the next blue to take the seat.

A breakaway has the hope of getting enough non toxic messaging out and ingrained before the financial class really recognizes and moves against the threat, by which time it may be too late to coopt or reliably crush. Much like how successful Trumpist policies and politics has forced some hard questions for the dems, a breakaway seeing success would force more.

But it does all hedge on the majority of the breakaway being resistant to being bought out.

That's the old district, this is the new layout. Because TX gained seats in 2020, they made district 2 and the new district 38 (held by Wesley Hunt) easy R seats. I learned all this in 2021 because my friend in TX lives right near that 38/2 border which is where a bunch of oil engineers live in the suburbs:



It should be noted those other weird gerrymandered seats, 18 and 29, are occupied by democrats. District 7 used to be red but flipped democrat in 2018 with some generic back bench white woman, and should be a seat the national RNC should consistently target, because it's where the rich people live in the city. District 18 is where retard Sheila Jackson Lee was elected for decades.

edit: Dallas is more retarded with seats, it should be a federal law that districts have to be connected, dare I say One Piece, when not representing outlying small islands on the coasts.
