Rate me optimistic but my wish for an early Christmas present is that the settlement conference reaches the point where potential witness tampering/hacking gets brought up and the Judge decides "Fuck it, we'll do it live, We're going to trial. Settlement. D E N I E D.
I'd argue the Judge already have enough grounds with the ridiculous defense position of
"They're all liars,
They planted ebidence,
I'm going to waste all your time trying to get the warrant thrown out,
I'm going to publicly and in court filings attempt to besmirch the reputations of Judge Pussyliqour, The CPS workers, The drug lab that did the tests, The church I once attended whilst obviously high,
The police put that cocaine in my daughter's hair.
