Ethan Ralph, Fugitive from Justice

Is quashing a warrant even a thing a judge can do?
The Judge issued the Warrant. Ralph is charged with Contempt of Court for coming into the Judges courtroom, where cameras were barred, taking a video of the hearing, and publishing it. For those that missed this in the massive encyclopedia that is the Rekaita threads, in Minnesota only the trial itself can have cameras or be streamed. All preliminary hearings are "No Cameras, No recording devices, not taking and official transcript only". Ralph went to the initial Aaron Imolte Revenge Porn charges hearing and violated the Court Rules and State Law. (and the irony of Ralph doing this for somebody elses Revenge Porn is itself hilarious).

So the Judge issued a Contempt Warrant for Ralph. And yes the issuing Judge can at his discretion withdraw the warrant. He ain't gonna. A superior Judge might quash the warrant? But that would be expensive, and once again, They Ain't Gonna. There is likely not much jail time attached to the contempt charge. But any fine is going to be way more than the gunt has.

While most of Ethans life is a lesson in "The law of unintended consequences" there is no one on Earth who could have seen this event play out like this. Assuming he tries the border run and is caught, the extradition process to Minnesota would as an incarceration event far exceed the probable penalty in terms of time and cost than a worse case scenario if he teleported to Minnesota and plead guilty straight up.

He amazes me daily this lad and exceeds my wildest ill-willed wishes in spades.

get rekt ralph you fat cunt

DENIED

enjoy mehico you fat drunken loser, your kids are better off not seeing you

That's really the crux of it all and Ralph is acutely aware. IMO, He's got 3 options:

1. Book a flight to Minnesota and turn himself in.

2. Risk a trip to California (or wherever stateside) and risk getting extradited, with the cost likely falling onto him if he is.

3. Shit in his pants and do nothing in Mexico for the rest of his life.

Now with option 1, that would require Ralph to be a man and face the consequences. He's never done that before so why the hell would he start now?

Option 2, if the court does force him to pay for his own extradition, he's never going to pay. (He said as much on the KEELSTREAM) That's another shitstorm that makes things exponentially worse.

Option 3 is it. The only way Ralph is ever crossing the border again is illegally. What's worse is he has no US driver's license. No passport. He's effectively an illegal alien whenever he's in the US at this point. I'll lose my shit if somehow Ralph gets rounded up by ICE and deported back to Mexico if it means he thinks it's the only way to avoid Minnesota.

This warrant has fucked him harder than almost anything has fucked him before. He was coping so much today about "well, I knew it wasn't going to work, but I wanted to show the court I want to resolve this matter. Showing that effort is what counts". Do you know who else did that??? CWC any time he got caught being a retard, apologized, and wanted credit for apologizing.

What a great story arc - Ralph gets pulled over and to avoid jail refuses to prove he is American and gets deported to Mexico. Love it.

What a ridiculous fucking cope. By "resolve" you mean "I avoid all repercussions and can go about my regular routine as normal"?

Yeah, I'm sure the court will look upon that very favourably after you already told them to eat shit when they contacted you for information the first time. :story:

There are temporary shelters for pets. So, he have no excuse to not have option 1. But he's a "bish-made pusseh" and not troooo RALPHAMAIL, so he'll do that third option. Just hollar and shart and piss in bottles cans

Some of you silly people almost sound like you are considering Ralph's cats excuse as legitimate. Cats don't fold to bullshit, they don't require no shelter. He abandons them on the reg whenever he feels like it. Or when he's too scared to stay in his tin shack like during Beryl.

What do you do as a highway patrol if you encounter a pigman of indeterminate nationality with no papers on him? My assumption is they’d run prints and at that point confirm that it was the Memphis Mongoloid himself

lol this retard's brain is broken. "Making the effort" is what matters to the court? No, they've explicitly told you what matters: you taking accountability for breaking the law.

Also how is sending a letter that sounds like it was written by a 4th grader "effort?" Are you that slow-in-the-mind that sitting at a computer for 20 minutes thinking of words to type is actually some kind of arduous task you feel is worth acknowledgement?

The only effort they want is you getting on a plane and dragging your pimply ass into their court to face justice.

All Ralph had to do to spend every Christmas with Xander was not physically and emotionally abuse his mother and try to force her into a threesome relationship with a lolicon.
I got a bit mixed up reading this and thought by 'his mother' you meant Sandra. Pretty sure I'd remember Ralph's Chris-chan arc.

OT: This is a great way to round out what has been another great year for Ralph. I cannot wait to see what his next galaxy-(gas)-brained move is.

I'm not sure you're appreaciating what exactly happened here. Ethan Ralph is a wordsmith, a lover of the written tongue. Ralph loves to read. He loves to write. Instead of rage-pigging out, he took the time out of his day to gather his thoughts and put paper to pen. Ralph poured his heart and soul out to this judge in the most respectful and persuasive way he could. He isn't some random miscreant groveling before a judge for lienency. Ralph is addressing a peer, an equal, someone he can work with.

I think the court could have at least considered his request instead of snaking him like some bish. They've made an enemy for life.

Imagine not having friends that could take in your pets for a stay instead of abandoning them at a shelter or in Ralph’s many cases just piling up a bunch of food in a room.

Actually, the ultimate power move from Ethan here is to write the Judge and DA and inform him that Nick paid him to do it, and that he will turn state, and will plead to the charge for an agreed outcome of a fine for himself.
Ralph did claim on stream that Nick paid him. It would be more intriguing if the State knew that before issuing the warrant. Clearly the talked to Harry during the investigation, so they had some background info
