That is most likely not the case. Instagram drama is extremely spergy, there's literally hundreds of people like Zoey who pick fights with each other, most of these dramas are personal and are happening in people's DMs. There are a lot of Zoey's ex-friends who hate her, you can sometimes see her name passing through on various social medias
