As far as I know, when god awful furry/anime/etc-type art (lewd or otherwise) features some self-insert fantasy character version of trannies, gross autists, or other losers like Staph, it is in no way recognizable as them and I don't think it's supposed to be. At absolute most the fantasy version might share one semi-distinctive feature like green hair, programmer socks, or zippertits, but generally it's along the lines of guys who look exactly like Peetz plus 150 extra pounds being represented by a drawing that looks almost exactly like Sailor Moon.

Probably because despite her throwing the kitchen sink at it, every single interaction she enters hinges entirely on the mechanism of immediately turning all possible avenues of conversation back onto herself.

This is also exactly why she quickly wears out her welcome everywhere else, and why the only people who speak to her in real life are her parents, assorted wranglers, and retard therapist (and they can only tolerate her in very small doses). I'm guessing it's pretty much taken for granted that she's legitimately some kind of sped. If they didn't believe that on some level, her parents wouldn't have moved heaven and earth to enable Staph's behavior and play the tard card on her behalf to get her whatever she wants while exempting her from any of the usual requirements or expectations. I get the impression that maybe her dad has some idea that they may have fucked up and created their own problem, I think that he at least tried to hold Staph's behavior to some minimal standard but usually got undermined by Staph's mother who was the primary enabler until he'd eventually give in. Most of the fighting in their household was probably about this.
