Greta Gustava Martela / Kjel Anderson & Nina Chaubal / Niraj Chaubal - Stole $350k+ from Trans Lifeline, kill count of 2+ from negligence, Founders of Sisterwood/La Zorra.

Let's say the Feds decided to abandon the case, where does the $12k collected for an asylum claim go?

Is that why Shrek is so quiet lately? Trying to create the perfect lie to keep the funds? I know they stated anything extra goes to TLL, supposedly, however will they announce how much and be transparent?

btw thanks for reviewing the report and data, and thanks for the comments. I'm going to discuss this on my podcast tonight and release it to the farms after the show.

I can not wait to read it, personally. Are you thinking of doing a video or taping the podcast and uploading it to Youtube? I would love to see it, and if there was another site that carried the info about them then just us here at the Farms then maybe people wouldn't be so hasty and condemn the information being given.

It was claimed there was a nolle prosequi motion

Do you have a source or screencap on that? I don't mean to sound like a prick but the last couple pages in this thread look a bit weird to me and I'm wondering if there was some data/posts lost since the site went down a couple times recently.

I stream the show live on the lordkat.com sekrit stream at 11pm et every Friday, then upload it to YouTube.

I'll post public documents in this thread shortly after the show goes live.

Not at all. It was claimed by the guy right before he was threadbanned.

A few pages ago Nina mentioned she gets a court date in Chicago. I've googled Nolle Prosequi and it seems to mean "authorities abandon the case"?

How does that works?

At first glance, this redskin guy doesn't make much sense, but I'm not the expert here.

IDK what the fuck is going on but immigration won't be abandoning any case against Nina, it's a laughable idea.

If someone has a 'nolle prosequi" it means the immigrant/alien had some sort of criminal charge or issue on their record that was (usually) dismissed or the prosecutor just didn't pursue it. As far as immigration goes, you have to detail every type of dealing with the criminal justice system you might have had, even if a charge was later dismissed you have to tell the court - that's nolle prosequi.

Do you think this might be referring to them not filing charges on El Nino working illegally?

The working illegally isn't really an issue I would think immigration is worried about at this moment, it's more of an issue that will be used against her down the road as proof of being an economic migrant/breaking further immigration laws. I mean I have no idea if USCIS even knows she was working, she just got detained after all.

I'm assuming the "illegal work" issue will come up down the road or maybe Nina had to admit to it in a CF/immigration interview. Pursuing a charge for working illegally isn't really done, because their priority is to deport your ass not put you in jail for working. The reason to deport Nina was because she had no legal status here, she had overstayed a work visa (not because she was working). The working thing is just a piece of information that can cause a lot of trouble be a big roadblock when trying to get legal.

It could be something as simple as them not moving forward with separate charges for failing to keep her address updated or notifying them of the name change. They can technically use such things as a basis for deportation, but don't need to when she's overstayed for so long.

She wouldn't need to move forward with an asylum claim if everything had been dropped, so it hasn't been.

What if Nina actually was legal the whole time and just didn't have the documents on her (hence the person having to mail copies to AZ), but Greta knew she could use the situation to bleed more money from idiots, so she intentionally didn't come out and say this. This is the only situation I could see them dismissing the case for.

People have been bringing up the idea that Greta did this on purpose to get rid of Nina, but what if they both did this on purpose as a way to con money out of people? Or at least just took advantage of the situation. It seems right up the alley for a grifter like Greta. He makes up something dumb about marriage license issues, whines about trans and POC oppression, and the donations roll in. And of course he can't not be smug about it, so he sends some random troon to the farms to make sure we know he won - after all, Greta knows he has to lie low on Facebook now, maybe even fake a narrative about going to court in the future, or make something up about how everybody's activism got the case dismissed (but of course waiting for a while before doing so to keep the cash flow from suckers who think they have a long legal embroglio coming up). Maybe I'm missing something, but it doesn't seem out of Greta's character at all to try and pull something like this.

Your overestimating of the intelligence of a dumbass who thought it was a brilliant idea to threaten @Null at his own home while he was taking a shit is quite amusing.

Greta is in this for the long con. I'd say this is legit. The documents got there before Tuesday, so that wasn't the hold up.

We've been pretty sure Nina was illegal for while now but had no real way to prove it. Had Nina not been detained, I'm sure we would have seen a "need to move back to Cali before Trump to keep Nina safe" fundraiser because we know that was their plan and their justification for moving. People would absolutely have donated to that so there was no real need to fabricate something.

Greta is a liar, but she's not a very sophisticated one. TLL is too beneficial to her to kill the golden goose for the sake of a few thousand dollars immediate money. It's just too easy for people in her circle who are already displeased to check into the story of Nina's detention and any ongoing case for it to be worth the risk.
