She’s in school now and starting to be introduced to other people and their points of view. Their logic is basically "the penis and clitoris are made from the same stuff as a fetus (tubercle), therefore a clitoris can become a penis after birth with testosterone".

TIMs usually take spironolactone as a testosterone blocker. It's off label prescribed for troons in the US, meaning it's not approved for that purpose. They have to take a very high dose that's also not FDA approved, and many are on it for several years or for life. Side effects of these doses and duration are not known or studied.
