It's so strange that Dave having a twin brother is usually near the end of his list of injustices.
Brother Andy has a job, house and wife. Andy isn't exactly a hunk, but you can look at him and see what a difference in appearance there is with simple hygiene, lack of skin-picking, and not being entirely fueled by irrational hate .
I wonder if Andy's talked with his parents about his responsibility to Dave when they die. Or if the Drs. Muscato have brought up to Andy their concerns that Dave will shift his focus to Andy if the parents are ill, or otherwise become less attractive targets. If Dave weren't so lazy, there would be a good chance that something will click the other direction in his brain and Andy come home to find a broken window and Dave in his clothes declaring this is his life now. Then again, maybe there's a silent understanding that Andy's ready to take on that burden when Dave's crazy switches over to a younger target.

I wonder if Dave understands that he will absolutely be barred from declaring that his parents have a psychiatric diagnosis that no qualified mental health professional would diagnose them with and that he is not considered by the court as being capable of diagnosing anyone of anything, except maybe himself, and only as being a retard?
If he tries this in court he will likely get one warning, and if he tries it again, he will start wracking up contempt of court charges.
He also seems to not understand that him lying to his "therapist" doesn't qualify as literally anything (other than the ravings of a lunatic), especially when it is well established that he is a less than reliable narrator.
I hope for his therapists sake he doesn't try to get her to testify, she will absolutely be shredded by any competent attorney. Her qualifications are the bare minimum even for talk therapy, and she has very little experience. I doubt anyone would consider her capable of "diagnosing" and "treating" anyone other than some delusional whiny idiot like Dave.

Handmaidenism is a hell of a drug. To anyone with a lick of common sense, Dave is clearly a creepy "nice guy" who likes getting close to women. I mean look at the picture of him kissing the bride that he posted. Totally inappropriate.
