I dunno, the CEO of Telegram visited ... France was it? and they arrested him on the airport to blackmail him into adding a backdoor or banning conservatives or somesuch.
I doubt they have the balls to go after him, but the EU has just as much TDS as we do, if not more, France has always been 1 step away from being an enemy, and they have to be feeling at least a little desperate that a globalist puppet won't be in charge. Remember he actively dared to tell NATO to pay their own fair share, he's not supposed to do that. The US is supposed to pay for NATO so NATO members can subsidize their socialist welfare states.

Oh yeah they used everything they had to get a Democrat elected and now that it failed they are turning on each other because as it turns out the ends did not justify the means
It would be hilarious if Palm Beach becomes the Republican capital and the two parties just continue to have their own cities of operation where everyone in their circle works.
but if DC becomes irrelevant and absorbed into one of the neighbouring states that's good too.
Heck, how about each president sets up their own capital in their chosen state and the capital just moves every four or eight years, with DC being cleaned up and turned into a Mecca full of museums and such.

A silly fantasy of mine would be how the last few weeks is how our government actually works. Trump running the country as a shadow president at Mar-a-Lago, while the democrats have a retard in the white house who does nothing but make a fool of himself and his party. It's pretty comfy.

As an American I'd hit the button to nuke Canada twice if I thought it were about to be annexed with the voters that put Trudeau in power in the first place along with it.
If making Puerto Rico a state is a bad idea for the voters it brings with it annexing Canada would be like adding five Californias.

There's a gay Asian librarian I see (at the library) who keeps flipping out over Trump. Today he was crying about "state's rights" and claiming Tennessee was going to use that as an excuses to ban gay and interracial marriage. I've seen state's rights being thrown around on reddit too, so I guess it's the new talking point.

It was though, just not for you or I. We've never mobilized that kind of technology in that way globally before and got alot of important data that did legitimately speed up drug/vaccine/gene therapy design and development by decades by just waiving away the traditional process of bringing an intervention to market for the general public. Those issues that came about this process and you know the whole being part of a global experiment thing, well that's just a sacrifice they're willing to make.

A spouse can’t just say “I’m not going to testify” because they’re married. This only applies to conversations that would reasonably be private and involving spousal issues. A spouse can’t participate in, be fully aware of, or discuss illegal activities and then be immune from testimony. This is always misconstrued.
Also, I don’t think this pardon can be compared to any that have taken place before or any Trump might grant to J6 defendants. This is the presidents kid ffs. This is the height of abuse of power. It is in Biden’s personal interest to pardon his son. There is literally no argument other than “it’s my kid and I have power.”
I may be too optimistic but I believe Trump really is trying to be a bit more magnanimous and give the people that treated him like shit the opportunity to stfu and act like adults, but if they choose not to, he can and should go scorched earth.
