I have to assume a sizeable portion of them are pure secondaries. In it for the oh em gee such cute and relatable characters that they repost all day long, write fanfiction, ship them, etc. all without ever having played the original game. I haven't played it either, only watched it, but I also am not illustrating elaborate ecchi fanfiction. Mouthwashing itself is a decent visual novel – and that's saying a lot for western visual novel standards – but that's all it is. It's no Sengoku Rance, speaking of rapists, over which said secondaries would have a fucking conniption if it came out today. Remake time, perhaps?
