How do I report a crime that happened abroad? - Serious question

I have gathered evidence I can't share for obvious reasons and I am sure this adult person can at the very least be put on trial.

This person lives in London, UK. And the evidence includes identifiable information such as walking routes, picture of surroundings, their face and their apartment pictures.

Researching UK law, it says he can be put on trial.

How do I report this to the London authorities and forward evidence?

As you are trying to report CP, the links provided by We Are The Witches may not be the most direct places to report it.
Try:

• CEOP - Child Exploitation and Online Protection which is a branch of the NCA (National Crime Agency, which appears to be the British version of the FBI)
• Internet Watch Foundation - UK charity which works with ISPs and law enforcement to blacklist CP URLs. Only seems to accept images of CP rather than evidence to catch the offender.
