Someone mentioned Salahs hair - I am a hair colourist for 23 years and am in the Middle East for a good solid portion of every year. Salah’s hair is 100% absolutely died. Men do this all the time in the ME and they just pop down to the local barber for a colour. The eyebrows are so funny, but the -oh-so-naturally done beard takes the cake. I am very. tempted to believe it is a foam colour that washed out gradually over 3 washes or so. The reason I think this is because of how much of the colour is in the skin. This isnt a glitch. She is walking so slowly that the resolution of the distance doesnt even show any progress after 2 minutes. For the 2:05 she walked between the clips at 1.9KPH she only walked 65 meters.
She did spend thisd last 5 minuts at 2.5kph and ended the session at just 20 minutes for a grand total:
600 meters in 20 minutes 15 seconds. She literally averaged 1.8 KPH ! Either the machine cant actually get up to speed with her weight, or she's turning down the speed throughout the session to below what she shows on camera?
That might not be true. The resolution on that 0.6 is pretty terrible. Giving her the absolute benefit of a doubt lets say she walked 0.699 kilometers.. she would have averaged 2.11KPH . I think the answer is somewhere in the middle here, and it all maths out. Still absolutely abysmal if this is the best she can do, she's in really bad shape. I do hope she keeps up with it though. I think the good first start would to start the speed at the 2.5 and try to get to 30 minutes, increase 1 minute every day. Then once at 30 minutes for a few days to increase that speed until 4.5KPH, a normal human speed. By maybe bumping it .1 every other day. If she can keep up with it, I would applaud the gunt.
