I think you're onto something here.
Those crucial lynch pins in a company that keep it all together. And solid managers are definitely that. People often find themselves more with loyalty to people who treat them well than a company itself.

Well, they are regretting it now. That's for sure. The bigger problem I'd say is the affiliate not being continued and straight up graduation. That really gets the rats feeling validated. As people were saying that's how it will be going forward for all of them. I'm guilty of thinking this too.

Considering all the shit she has said and done with no regards to consiquences, I’m surprised she hasn’t dropped such a scitzo rant especially now with the recent events.

Liora did the Five Hearts dating sim game with eye tracking that makes the whole thing better, the way she plays the eye boob eye game like they're actually live in person is hilarious. This is how I experienced the game, and I have to o7 to how blatant the game is, better than Dragon Age.

I remembered her "onion cutting" stream when Aqua had her graduation stream.

That is really on the nose for why that psychotic retard went with that type of stream.
 
Speculating on the inner working of Japanese companies is always difficult because they are in private my nature, but their social politics are very backwards compared to their Western counterparts .

Unless there's a Nintendo level content leak that shows us the inner conversation of Cover with the higher ups and even the talents all we can really do is just forcefully take them at face value.

That said, it is incredibly common for talent employed by Japanese companies to flat out live on the behalf of their employer because otherwise you run the risk of getting blacklisted in a very small industry.

It's actually happens in the Seiyuu world all the time because many people knew for decades that Toru Furuya was a sex pest, but it was kept hush-hush because he was wildly popular with fans and studios.

Meanwhile Hiroko Konishi was blacklisted because she didn't engage in a cast orgy with Akitaro Daichi, and even after all this came out Nana her so-called friends stood up for her and if anything kind of acknowledge that she was a problem child of the group.

All that is to say that we're going to have to wait and see what happens next year

The guy went out of his way to do all of these with traditional media, in watercolor no less, which I think is really impressive. Most chuubas could only wish for this kind of high caliber fan art, and this guy's dedicating it to one that hasn't even been around for longer than she was active. Beatani fans are something else.
