There was a British program, Supersize vs. Superskinny where people at either end of the scale would swap diets. This plate reminds me of the superskinny women they'd bring on who'd talk about their slimming clubs and how they feel they basically eat healthy ("precisely 7 almonds!"), right before the doctor asked them about their (lack of) menses.

Next thing you know, some big person has a plate like that and a glass of still water, while the superskinny sobs over her donair kebab or Chinese takeaway with full-fat, fizzy cola ("... and you'd eat something like this every day?")

It's available on YouTube, and there are some great crossovers: Boogie, Betti Jo from My 600 Lb. Life, Pauline Potter from every weight-related program ever made. I must be feeling nostalgic for the days when you could terrorize people on council estates into drinking green smoothies (e.g., "To give you an idea of how much sugar you're getting through in a year, I've filled this casket, with enough left over for three funerary urns. Not very nice, is it?")

You know full well, it’s not about the cost of plates, it’s about the “spoons” required to wash them. Same deal with ubereats vs cooking. Eating from the delivered package takes far less “spoons” than cooking and washing the dishes.

Damn. FFG needs to get a grip. Go out and touch grass/snow, girl. I admit I’ve found her amusing but the ugly bile of hate Ann Marie has for Chins (and seemingly many others) has gotten out of control, especially when you compare her old videos to what she’s put up this past year or so. IMO, she needs grief therapy or at least distance from this garbage to regain some perspective. Sure, she might be able to afford to buy a house some day but at what cost to her mental state?
