Just to play devil's advocate, from what I (and a lot of other people have seen from various other outlets of the huge spiderweb that is Shmorky's papertrail) that sounds a lot of like what Shmorky does. At least, on his twitter he'd always post about giving him art for his birthday, on his tumblr he encouraged his fans to draw klurfs, and in carefully's chatlogs, he'd change the subject to him, what he wanted to talk about, or his stupid fetishplay.

That's certainly true, but then there's Shmorky's ego. No way he thinks he's not as famous as D.C. Simpson. So why kiss up to her?

This whole thing just seems really weird, is all.

Sandy was an attention whore at times but it doesn't make sense for someone to totally ruin their reputation as well as invoking the name of a long inactive account. Then again, we are talking about furries pants shitters so I guess anything is possible.

Though I noticed on the screen cap of Peaches' livejournal saying her name was "Penelope Posey", which once again goes with flower themed naming.

But the fact that sandypantsu lines up with shmorky's most popular period at SA is the whole point. Davebunny et al was out at this point, so shmorky shrugs that off as 'uncomfortable commissions', rehabilitates his shmorky persona's image, then creates sandy to fill his pre-klurf piss needs.

I don't see why people are so confused. This person already knows Peaches = Sandy, right? We have emails given to someone who voice acted lines for Shmorky with his old email that a lot of people don't know about asking for the commission, and then that same person re-enacted the voice line that was posted publicly on Peaches FurAffinity. It was definitely the same voice.

This is pretty cut and dry, Shmorky is Sandy and Peaches.

Unfortunately, photobucket has no way to tell WHEN an image was uploaded to the account.
But there's no wayback machine for it, there's no google results for it, DESPITE being a public account.
I went and searched my old username from back then and 'photobucket' and it found it, even with everything private.
Doesn't mean much, but I'm always skeptical when things like this just 'get dropped' in our laps.

Exif data reveals nothing on either photo, tineye and google reverse comes up with nothing as well.

Could be one of shmorky's friends throwing people off the scent.

I don't see how this is relevant. Plenty of image sites on the internet strip metadata to protect the privacy of their users and given all the removed images on this account (page 2) they probably have the account blacklisted from getting indexed via automation.
