Post videos of people dying - Self explanatory really

I'm just guessing, but it looks like some kind of huge stone fish. Either that or a baby Cthulhu spaw.
Def. not a stonefish. They are quite a bit smaller and spikier with a very different jaw. That said, no clue what it actually is. I just happen to have studied up on stonefish recently.

I got my nightmarish abominations mixed up. I meant to say some kind of huge stargazer.

Colonel William Fairbairn, the chief hand-to-hand combat instructor in Britain's SOE during WWII and one of the leading pioneers of modern CQB tactics, wrote and taught the best unarmed strategy against an experienced opponent armed with a knife is to evade his attack and hopefully escape. According to Fairbairn, the odds against you in such a situation are very nearly insurmountable. No shame in retreat. Live to fight another day.

Fairbairn was right but hey, who knows? Maybe you can't run away. Sometimes there's nothing for it but to go for it and hope for the best.
I've got one of his books where he teaches practical self defence and then also includes a handy chart of "if you or someone else has a knife, here are all the positions you can stab someone and the average time it takes to bleed out and die". He had several pistol disarms in case you were that close to someone to grab a hold of it since once you get the barrel pointed away from you, can't be shot, but for knife defence - either you evade and run, or you pick up a chair and use it as a shield. None of that knife disarm defence stuff, just pick up a chair and use it.

There's a fascinating video from a WW2 Commando about using the knife, worth a watch.

Russian lady does yoga on the rocks during a storm, gets washed away.

A&H thread
In fairness, if I survived doing a work out routine on a rock during a storm, I will have done the most hardcore thing ever and brag about it all the time. Not worth the risk though so I'm just gonna be fat, happy, and alive.

Couldn't he find a bigger gun?
Well, it got the job done, can you complain too much?

EDIT: Now that I'm watching it some more, what the hell is that anyway? It's like a bolt-action handgun or something but I thought those were a rare specialty item. Is it some kind of handmade frankenfucker piece? Is he just clearing a jam?

I think he was using subsonic ammo and it led to it short stroking after every shot.
You can still see a lot of gas escaping from the chamber after every shot.
