And it's not impossible that the court will find that he can cure this harmlessly- based on previous patterns. But the real problem is: how can he? Who is he going to have testify to the actual heart of the matter? I can think of some basic documents he should be making sure get into evidence but will he?

For example, when errors that he makes in his filings are pointed out or when he makes an exceedingly poor legal argument. I remember Melinda being banned off of the forum and her thread being closed because it was possible she was gleaming legal advice from posters while they desperately tried to argue with an insane person for hundreds of pages.
