(Baba) Often associated with inhumanly old characters like fox spirits and the like, ending their speech with 'country' or 'old-fashioned' speech like "no ja" etc. So the whole "she's 300 years old" thing, but she actually really acts like it, and it's not just a numbers excuse. Occasionally called "noja loli" because the speech stereotype is so strong.
Character examples include things like Senko from "The Helpful Fox Senko-san"





"Mesugaki" comes from the female animal referent "mesu" and the term for bratty child "gaki" (derived from the "hungry ghost" Asian religious archetype, ie "all this kid does is cause trouble and eat"). Generally a preteen or barely pubescent girl that is teasing, irreverent, annoying, with a specific targeted character in a story they like messing with. (Pixiv's translation literally just has "mesugaki" as "sassy loli".) They're sometimes sexually aggressive (though not always) - if they are they'll often be hitting on someone who knows they are not supposed to reciprocate, which is often part of the fun for them.

There is a very, very distinct facial expression and pose shared amongst all these characters, it's a defining feature of the archetype.

It's always a combination of smirk and sneer, sometimes bending forward a little, with one hand raised towards her face. I've heard nothing of censorship for WC 1 and 2. The DRM-free GOG versions of the old games are going away. Instead there's a new updated version that has redrawn graphics - but you can switch to the old graphics at any time.
