Guess someone finally took knife school seriously.
The shooter’s weapon appeared to have malfunctioned at that point, but he managed to quickly clear the gun and begin to fire again – a sign the suspect is proficient with firearms, Kenny said.
More like he was using a shitty gun, who can't unjam a handgun? that's 101 stuff.
The suspect was described as a white male
Whoa whoa! what're you doing publishing his race?! that's RACIST!

/sneedo for the newaccount retards who don't get it

His wife and children loved him, and he loved them.
Irrelevant. People are judged not on thei offspring or spouse but how they behave.

Osama Bin Laden's family.
Did this ceo do something particularly heinous or is everyone just celebrating his death because the other cool kids are?
I have friends that were denied coverage for an emergency appendectomy and they had to spend weeks to get their emergency treatment covered.

Coworkers of mine have had been stabbed of otherwise injured by the people they arrested and the insurance companies still denied coverage. Even though everything was resolved in the end it took union reps and countless hours to get it resolved.

This is coming from a public employee that has one of the best health plans in the country.

It's been said that the American health care system is broken. If the American health care system was truly broken I likely wouldn't be here typing this. The system has its' problems but it works. Wouldn't want to get my medical care anywhere else, and this is from someone who has been through a good deal of major-league medical shit over the past 15 years.
Okay. Try making a claim with your insurance or workplace and having them weasel out of their liability because you missed a piece of paperwork or payment. Insurance should be practical for the end user, but these companies would find ANY way to get out of their end on your behalf.

That's a pistol with a silencer on it, which has not been properly adjusted to fire with a silencer attached, so that it does not fully cycle and has to be manually cycled (i.e. it jams). Little bit sloppy.
It might be one of those “hush puppy” pistols similar to the MK 22 and the XM9 from the Metal Gear Solid series. I’m not a big gun expert, but IIRC the purpose of the slide racking is to reduce noise made by the semiautomatic action.

a death so deserved, everyone from kiwifarms to tumblr is celebrating
That's what is so amazing. I haven't seen but a few people anywhere upset that this guy got clipped. Yeah, it's a tragedy for his family and all that, but if there is ever someone who has it coming, it's the CEO of a medical insurance company and everyone from the hardcore Communist to the most Capitalist of Capitalists in the US are all in agreement that he earned it.

Also his company just announced some changes in their shit which means they are now denying to cover anesthetics for surgeries that "go on for too long".
That's a different company, and they announced it more than a month ago.

I get people like to gossip and this is a gossip site and so is tweeter and I'm not meaning to just shit on you about this: but I really wish retards on the internet would do a cursory search for shit before repeating it as gospel.

My father has United Healthcare. I've had to help him get half of what he needs. The other half was beyond even my ability to get.

Couldn't have happened to nicer fucker. No tears.
Insurance companies also have an investment arm, they use the premiums to invest and make more money. They literally basically print money. It is criminal the way they deny coverage for needed meds and procedures.

What's the alternative? Every other country is shit. If there is no private option, obese niggers and Reddit people will actually have a harder time getting their "life-threatening emergencies" treated and will just clog up the line further if the feds run it. If people demand a carrier to pay for everything, they will go insolvent. Then all the current policyholders are mega fucked as they wait for whatever other far more shitty carrier takes the claim overflow and gets backed up for months.
Perhaps taxes could pay for healthcare instead of being sent to Israel.
