A lot of random professionals get threatening calls. When I temped at an ad agency after college they got weird calls. I have an uncle who’s a doctor, when he lost a patient sometimes he’d get calls on the irate-to-threatening spectrum. Someone calling can just be a Fatrick type who is blowing off steam and not actually going to take action because they’re lazy fat fucks. I think sometimes making the call actually dissipates their energy and they’re less mad when they hang up.
