I think Greer's got a rock-solid case here. When he reveals those witnesses that totally exist, it'll be over for the Kiwi Farms. Taylor Swift herself will show up to congratulate Russ, and the Hollywood fame and fortune that has eluded him over these many years will finally arrive.

I understand that, but I would've stopped 3 emails in. My filing would have just been those exhibits and one sentence "Come on!"
You have to demonstrate that you are acting in good faith at every opportunity while the unreasonable lunatic is being the drooling spastic psycho that he is. Unfortunately that means putting in some effort to make reasonable requests of someone you know is just going to spaz in response.

This is especially the case when dealing with some rather slow judge who is apparently determined to play Attorney for the Tarded when he's supposed to be the judge and not an advocate for vexatious retarded litigants.

I love that even though he has to do this to demonstrate good faith, his emails almost read like a polite patpost. "You have been instructed, many thousands of times, to amend your initial disclosures. Failure to do so constitutes violation of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure. Enjoy motions to compel, drooler child."
Are you guys fucking retarded?
You know the answer to this already, Josh,...

Fucking hell, now I can't unsee it; fuck you (thanks).

I am once again a mobile fag far from home, please could someone point me to the latest filings in PDF?
Here you go. All merged into one.

Edit: Ran it though an OCR tool so now all pages are searchable.

I remind everyone that unless you are being paid money by Russell Greer to act in his defense you should shut the fuck up and not post things which may help him.
Sadge that it has to be this way but it does have to be that way.

At least I can laugh at the fact that Gimpy is so bad at law that bunch of fucking yapping retards on the internet can practice law better than him.

Well now I don't know what to say as I didn't see anything I would know as helpful to greer, but apparently there is if Null is that upset about it being here. And now I'm not sure what might fall into that bucket (I'm tired and in pain so I'm kinda dumb ATM)

I don't understand Russels strategy here other than to point at Hardins latest and go "all of that. '

I have other questions but those might be helpful answers so.

Every time I read ratmouth's drivel I get pissed at this judge for enabling this shit for so long.

Has any judge ever bent over so much to make sure a retard can have his day in court? Like seriously are we not starting to hit judicial misconduct here? This last filing is incoherent and frankly retarded but sure, it's fine no biggie says the court we accept it.

Urge to Fed post rising....
