She has no vehicle and a suspended license right now thanks to Nick.
What says she has a suspended license? Apparently not even Nick does, or at least we don't have something saying he does, although it would be funny if that's the reason Kayla drove (rather than that he was just too drunk to drive legally and had her drive rather than risk getting pulled over driving drunk to his own hearing).

Perhaps a chronology of the last 6 weeks would help get our arms around this? (I'm using April as a rough lens.)

> Oct. 26 - Nov. 11 - April comes back to Twitter after a long hiatus. Schitzo posts, flirts publicly with Rekieta, throws shade on Kayla... and eventually claims her account was hacked (it wasn't).

> Oct. 30 & 31 - April and Kayla's hearings.

> Nov. 9 - Nick calls into Melton's show and confirms that April was his girlfriend while seemingly high and talks to a muppet. On the same day he releases the screenshot of (supposedly) Aaron reading the Farms and watching cuck porn.

> Nov. 10 - These tweets from April:

> Nov. 11 - Rekieta goes nuclear on Aaron.

> Nov. 13 - Keanu goes public with her news about April in the 2nd house, late drug test, etc. (We know now that she'd been DMing with Nick, and speaking to April). Drama ensues: April ends communication with Keanu, Nick goes on Keanu on Twitter.

> Nov. 14 - BBN says they believe police contact was made regarding the computer "hack" - implying contact with Rekieta or Melton.

> Nov. 20 - Nick declares that he has "full legal custody" of the kids restored.

> Nov. 26 - Nick's Settlement Conference. By all indications, he was planning to plead out. Later, Sean and others demonstrate that a no-contact provision is standard in drug pleas.

> Dec. 3 - On IG, April posts a lonely flower with the message: "I want to be in a healthy, honest relationship one day, if God has that in the works for me. [...} I hate how messy things got, and I ask forgiveness every day, and I'm trying to do better." And, in a reply, to a comment, "I'm also only interested in people who value their own self-worth, mental and physical health".

> Dec. 4 - April protects her Tweets and continues to pine, or something:

I'm out of theories but perhaps others can do better. It does feel like April has been cut loose.

I just entered random numbers and nothing is pulling up after this one which was mid nov date.

Just remember that not all case numbers are used and/or searchable. You will often have to skip several numbers to get to the next searchable case.

Am I just remembering wrong then? My bad.
I thought her license got suspended after Nick bailed on her in court.
Right around the time Keanu was talking about how April basically didn’t leave the second house, people started speculating that Rekieta threw her case so she’d lose her license and be beholden to him.

Which is just a silly thing to suggest - Nick is way too lazy to have planned that far ahead.

During the interview with Wil Herren, K mentioned that April drove her truck, while Nick and Kayla came separately, with Kayla driving.

My theory is that maybe during the hearing, one of the demands was indeed for April to have no contact with the other co-defendants.
And Nick postponed the negotiations because they were still resolving this issue (finding a new place for April to live), since she was living on his property at the time.

Nick blew off the traffic cases because he's a worthless, lazy faggot incapable of doing anything useful. It was no Machiavellian plan. It was just Nick being his usual useless faggot self, a lazy faggot who can't even show up for a traffic ticket, because that's how useless and coked-up he is.

That was some bullshit by the Kino Crapsino that seeped in the thread and 'tarded shit up for a while.

@Tiki Bar Man 2 was the Kiwi reporter on the ground for the latest Nick hearing last month, and they confirmed she arrived there driving her own truck. So it's fair to say her license isn't suspended, and she still has her truck.

She can leave any time she needs/wants to.

She got one speeding ticket for going 5-10 miles over which appears to be her first ticket ever and (unlike Nick) promptly paid once her bumbling lawyer missed her hearing. Licenses don't get suspended over that.

On the other hand, Nick managed to get a very large number of tickets in a short amount of time. I wouldn't be surprised if he got a suspension, but I don't know if there's any way to tell.

That could explain why the eyewitness reporter observed Kayla driving Nick around at the hearing.
