She knew which RP account I was talking about without my ever having mentioned it from the very first response she gave me, which is worth noting. She had the portrait drawn for her by Shmorky - that one with shades of purple that was on Sandy's FA account, I believe?

I know that @Intelligent Calcium found a tweet in which she admits that she knows Shmorky as early as 2012. I've added that too.

He's definitely the most bizarre, enigma of a person I've ever met in my life, and I've known some fucked up people. He really doesn't act like a real human. He's capable of acting VERY charming when he wants to lure someone in. He's very knowledgeable on a lot of topics and can be a great conversationalist when he wants to be. Once he knows he has you wrapped around his finger though, you slowly realize that he lies a lot, and even when you show him right to his face he's lying, he'll just ignore you or scream at you and abuse you until it's not worth the effort anymore. He stops even trying to have engaging conversations and just talks about himself for hours on end and interrupts you when you try and get a word in. He really is the rudest person to talk to. After a while you see that his emotions are just him acting, and the only time he seems legitimately sad or upset is if it has something to do with himself. He'll never show emotion over something that happens to you. It's hard to describe unless you've met him personally and spent some time with him, but there is an eerie robotic quality to him, like you're talking with some kind of AI that is just analyzing what you say and giving you a response from its database of things it knows about humans instead of genuinely feeling anything from what you say, if that makes sense.

His only option would be to have another period of laying low for 2 years (which he could do since he's completely supported by his parents) and coming back with a completely different identity and art style. No more klurfs, he'd have to think up a different kind of lazily drawn cartoon creature, which will be hard for him because he's built his entire art universe around klurfs and he would have to start over from scratch, and he'd probably still be found out since people who've been exposed to his art a lot know his artistic hallmarks and his writing style and sense of humor are painfully obvious.

Either that, or he could change his name and bail to South East Asia, where unfortunately his fetish can be catered to. That would be the better option for him since he'll never be able to work in professional animation again because one google search by his employer would damn him. He's never going to be able to fully come back from this.

However, did Shmorky know that carefully was only 16/17 at the time of the ERPs? Not that it'd make him any less of a scumbag if he didn't know, but I just wanted that cleared up so no one tries to defend him with "but he didn't KNOW she was underage!"

I've already seen screenshots of people saying "the age of consent is 16, so it was legal," which 1.) isn't the full truth; 2.) is still creepy as hell since he was twice her age. On the internet, you have to be at least 18 to legally participate in ERPs, or even look at porn. It's why porn sites always have that "by accessing this site, you agree that you are 18 years or older" notice.

People can and have gotten into real trouble for even accidentally ERPing with a minor.

That's what I said. He IS capable of drawing in different styles, even though he usually doesn't choose to, and if you look at the poses, faces, big bulky hands, stubby limbs, and general composition of the pictures you can see all of Shmorky's hallmarks. The "humor" and writing style matches perfectly as well.

Erin posted to Sandy's Twitter account, saying that she loved the portrait. With my first tweet to her on Twitter, she knew which "old RP account" I was speaking of without my mentioning which one. I took that to mean that she knew Sandy was Shmorky. Additionally, she affirmed at the end of the DMs that Shmorky was Sandy.

I don't know if Nyss is David, but I do know that Sandy's picture on FA was commented on by Dingbat (Erin) in that screengrab. If I can find the original post on this thread that shows Erin's comment on Sandy's FA picture, that would make more sense.

I must be missing something. I assumed that she knew about the Sandy theory because she read the thread, and I don't see any affirmation?

At the time, we weren't sure that Sandy was Shmorky - more people were skeptical of such a claim. I believe I posted that first tweet to her before @Soliloqueef entered the picture. Erin admitted to Shmorky being Sandy by virtue of having known him at that time as Sandy (but calling him Shmorky in that one tweet we saw).

Shmorky has been a 'known' diaperfur since at least 06, by which I mean the davebunny pictures were out. Plus he had an article that had him as a diaperfur in 07 or 08 on Encylopedia Dramatica, possibly earlier. The timeline is a lot longer than I think some people realise, and when you see how long it is you realize why he would bother with alt accounts. None of them were simultaneous, he just went underground when he started doing flash tub and becoming a public figure on SA.
