Which heavy stuff nick? The gunt about to snitch on you or RTU stealing your april? :story:
Heavy stuff? Sure sounds like the words of a fatty, Nick. Fatttttt! You're fatttttt!
last seemingly-normal Christmas with the family, accept the plea, kick April out, and 2024 gets a nice bow wrapped on it.
Don't forget that Nick suffers from muh seasonal depression (AKA pov you're a narc and people are enjoying things that aren't you in your presence). Christmas is going to be torment.

Chaos in the Balldo Bunker. Even if he cut April loose, the divorce arc could still be on the table. One last seemingly-normal Christmas with the family, accept the plea, kick April out, and 2024 gets a nice bow wrapped on it.

2025 brings him divorce, brand new criminal charges, and being totally alone.

Happy holidays!

He lives in town with less than 2000 people....only 2 red lights. He drives a car that probably stands out the most. He is also probably one of those douche bags that gives it a few extra revs when pulling into to DQ so everyone knows the non practicing lawpope is here. Kandiyohi county is only about 43k people, so that Sheriffs department has some free time. I am sure all their deputies know who he is and has no problem pulling him over for the most minor infraction and go on a fishing expedition.

The "I did everything for a specific reason" statement suggests to me that she was trying to publicly smoke out Nick about controlling April.

Because April has been the only person in this saga to whom Keanu has exhibited any semblance of loyalty, a simpler explanation of the "I did everything for a specific reason" comment is that every time Keanu chimed in was because April told her to, told her how much to reveal, and told her how much to hold back for the time being. This would line up well with the timing of Keanu's stream last night following shortly after April's xeet and longer IG post yesterday renouncing the polycule and insisting that she'll only accept a relationship that is her own, which still reads like an ultimatum insisting on a relationship with Nick sans Kayla when coupled with her later "whoever that is" xeet shortly before privating her account. It would also be in keeping with her established BPD tactic of shouting from the rooftops publicly with subtle threats of exposing him more as a last-ditch way to clamor for his attention when she feels ignored, just like she did in the earliest phase of her xitter return, but now signal-boosted in live-action form through Keanu. Whether Keanu is aware of this or just a useful idiot doesn't matter so long as it has the desired effect:

Maybe Santa will leave him a washed-up cokewhore under the tree this Christmas. He's been a good boy this year after all.

Given that she was, at a time, friendly with BBN when she was on the outs... I believe this. Plus her podcast ambitions. Her time with Nick is her only existing currency, and when his actual currency gets cut off she may then rely on the info she has.

At the same time, April has been stupidly loyal. Others with more knowledge of the system can correct this, but I think she only caught charges when she refused to cooperate, as she was in the clear for a few months after the arraignments. But this was probably only the case when she thought her love and loyalty would pay off with a continued relationship. Things have been on/off with her and Nick for a while. Now that the plea is coming and she's realizing there's no future, it's distinctly possible she may start talking. Especially once the denial phase has worn off and she enters the anger phase.

Regardless: I'd bet money that we haven't heard the last from her.

Edit: Nah, it's more likely Nick is going to give her a payout in exchange for an NDA. She shouldn't sign it.

I feel so fucking owned that Rackets decided to throw it all away for a Minnesota 6 BPD whore. I don't know how much longer I can go on with Crackets having this useless hole holding a Sword of Damocles over his neck

His tickets were regularly for going huge margins over the limit, on highways. And at least one that I (think I) can remember was not in his county.

Checked it: in April 2023 in Kandiyohi, 80/65. In 2024: March 2024 in Kandiyohi, 85/65, registration. April 2024 in Stearns, registration, insurance. April 2024 in Stearns, 95/70, weaving lanes, registration, insurance.

He wasn't picked on; he's just an asshole.

Time for Ralph to snake on Rackets.
if this was a movie thats exactly what would happen, like how in Casino the bagman didn't feel he was getting paid enough and took a plea deal over some minor bullshit and destroyed the mafia in vegas in the process.
Funny how he got plea deal quickly but Rekieta lawyer can't.
its been noted for awhile now that Ethan Ralph has surprisingly good luck with the law. He also has more courtroom time and Ws than Nick as well. If anything he was more qualified than the "Law Pope"

Oh I agree. And one would think that if you are in this much trouble then you would be driving on your best behavior. But who doesn't do 5 over passing cops with no recourse. But 5 over is still breaking the law and I would not put it past KCSO to pull him over for that.

The lack of Drex throughout all this was surprising to me. Unless I missed him popping up somewhere.
Did Nick perhaps replace just him with Aaron? Only to lose both in the end?
It's not a coincidence at all.

Like I said, despite all the shit Drex gets, he does feel degeneracy has its limits, and dope is one of them. He's been clear about that for years.

There was a story making the rounds that he and Yellowflash were going to try and stage an intervention, but they couldn't do it before Nick got arrested.

And Nick is adamant he doesn't need help, even now, so it probably wouldn't have worked anyways. Nick doesn't want help. He wants enablers. You aren't any use to him otherwise.
I thought Nick was salty at some point bc Drex was mad about something / which ofc was Drex's misunderstanding, not anything Nick did.
...And, unless I misunderstood, Drexel and Nick also fell out many years ago over a "misunderstanding" as well. Seems like an odd pattern. History repeating itself!:really:

This original falling out was discussed at the end of this clip:

Nick was on Juju's show and talked about the more recent falling out at some point this year...

and also sue Null.

LMAO! I missed the lawsuit threats, but t sounds about his measure...

I think all of this would have blown up and been exposed eventually, but from her point of view this must be all his fault. He has a weird obsession with a certain type of freedom where he should be able to do whatever he wants and never suffer any consequences. It must be infuriating to live with someone like that.

PS, I'm not saying kayla is innocent or anything but at the very least she kept her stupdity underwraps and thus helped avoid negative attention.

Remember, Nick is an exhibitionist. He WANTS to get caught, then smile sassily, eat a single Dorito, then get away with it.

I would agree. In a place like Kandiyohi, the police are going to tend to be in the same places all the time and its not hard to avoid them if you live there.

Driving without registration and insurance though is just totally mind-broken stupidity. Getting busted three times for insurance and registration is sovereign citizen level brain-rot.

It's not just luck, it's that he... believe it or not... may be actually smarter than Nick when it comes to handling criminal defense matters. He, unlike Nick, knows when to fold. Ralph is a ragepig 98% of the time, but he knows to behave himself when dealing with judges and prosecutors. Which can go a long way. As seen both in this latest plea deal, and the revenge porn case.

Ralph just did what Nick should have done months ago. Ralph knows when the gubment has him beat. Meanwhile, Nick thinks he's a machavelian genius (he's not).

April, if Nick has cut you loose, if he has turned his back on you and left a trail of bubbles in his wake as he leaves you lonely in the rain, don't despair. Josh Moon has six thousand dollars for you that could dull the pain, and help you move on. Take yourself out, buy a new outfit, some new makeup, even a new tattoo. I know that can feel cathartic. Start a new adventure, meet someone who deserves you and appreciates you. Just know that after all is said and done, Josh is here for you, as we all are.

But he wasn't pulled for 5 over. He was pulled for 20-25 over, in two counties. And 100% he wasn't pulled more than 5% (I'm being so generous) of the time.

Eta: and idk mn categories, but in the state where I learned to drive, 20 could get you a reckless ticket, not just a speeding ticket.

Eta 2 : looks like mn doesn't do the reckless thing, but fines can double at > 20 mph over. https://www.revisor.mn.gov/statutes/cite/169.14

Still rolling for the psycho Borderline to snap soon, and shoot a well placed arrow into Nick's face!

Just found this. She said this todayish (Tues. or Wed.) on her older IG post. She seems to be expressing regret of some kind.

Admittedly, my retard translator has been exhausted. I think she means she would say "'no' to people" and "stick to myself" if she could do it all over again. She could be talking about Aaron or Nick.

"Provides"

If she were a hair smarter, I'd think that's a whiff of blackmail.

On the other hand, she throws plenty of shade at Kayla, so maybe that actually is what this is.
I think she may have meant "provides positivity", but this is April and she's not great with words. We all know that she's not going to provide for anyone else, "positively" or otherwise.

Oh, yes, sure, who knows what she actually meant - I was just saying that if she were smarter I might think she was being clever with her choice of words, with "providing" being a by-word for "whatva real man foes" or "what trad dads do."*

*mocking the zeitgeist lingo and my imagined scorned-woman's threat, not actual men or women who provide materially for their actual families.
