If Greer were going to use any potentially good advice from this thread, wouldn't it have shown up in at least one of his filings by now?

Outside of a few posters here with some experience in law, most people have a passing knowledge at best or learned what they know from television shows. It's not like Greer would know the bad suggestions from the actual good ones like the court having to accept his legal arguments in the form of song or interpretive dance and that this particular, underutilized strategy not only has a 97.8% success rate, but that it would also immediately subject his arguments to copyright and prevent us from posting about them here to discuss them or make fun of him for them.

Every time I read ratmouth's drivel I get pissed at this judge for enabling this shit for so long.

Has any judge ever bent over so much to make sure a retard can have his day in court? Like seriously are we not starting to hit judicial misconduct here? This last filing is incoherent and frankly retarded but sure, it's fine no biggie says the court we accept it.

Urge to Fed post rising....
I kind of feel like the judge is trying to avoid another trip back from the 10th circuit by letting rat mouth get his day in court to loose on the facts of his case at trial, but Russ is making that so hard on him that it'd be comical if it wasn't costing Josh so much.

While trying to provide no detail on any possible remedy, at this point Russ has pretty much done every bad thing possible on initial disclosure/discovery planning stuff and put the judge in a position where it's possibly an abuse of discretion to do anything other than give Hardin what he wants. Even if Russ busts ass and accomplished everything he could possibly do to fix stuff before the response date, how could the Court say the Defense hasn't been improperly prejudiced? Moreover, Russ having any success at doing everything all at once on super short notice would be evidence to me that he could have fixed shit before and just choose not to because he anticipated being able to do it after prejudicing the other side with huge delays and then rolling in and claiming retardation.

Yes but it's Russ and a clearly activist judge. I don't expect sanity, I expect the judge to help him out in outrageous ways some more. If sanity prevailed on either the court or plantiff side I don't think this case would exist at this point..

And no I don't know what those outrageous ways are, could be, or what Russ could even ask for. At this rate I half expect the judge to give him a blow job or offer up a daughter to do so.

You are right about that. Of course we should avoid helping the gimpy faced little fucker.
Russell's fatal flaw is his gargantuan overestimation of his own abilities and intellect. He has some low cunning but I think he's so arrogant that he won't take advice from any source (see the Erika case).

I’ve been thinking for a while now that Russes plan is to try and introduce surprise evidence at trial like you see in movies. But I kept it to myself because I’ve been constantly wrong predicting what’s gonna happen next. I hope he tries it but the judge shuts it down.

Seems that only works if you get to trial, and probably not even then. If the case gets summary judgement since there's no evidence presented to support the claim then I don't think you get to go "WAIT, I have the eveidance!" Well, in a normal court.

Greer will reenact that scene from Miracle on 34th St where they bring in bags of letters to the court. Only in this case they'll be full of pictures of Hitler.

I'm going to post something to help out Russ.
Drop all your dumbass lolsuits, get a real job, quit blowing your money on whores, and do your absolute best to become normal.
Finally, the "Help Crusty Rusty" thread of everyone's dreams
