This is exactly correct.
On July 2 when responding to a call for domestic violence, they found Austin literally returning from his crack dealer with crack in his pocket. They stacked this un-necessary Crack possession charge on his Domestic to put an unfair squeeze on him. This crack charge made Austin plead guilty to the Domestic Violence right away. Even though Domestic and Crack are handled in different courts, and the plea deal for Domestic didnt involve dropping the unfair stacked crack charge.
Then in September, after failing all of his drug tests they stacked on a probation violation charge, to make him plead guilty to the domestic violence charge he already plead guilty to, and was on probation for.
Then in October, Austin beat his dad again, and police arrested him and stacked a new domestic violence charge on him, to get him to plead guilty to the domestic charge he already plead guilty to in July.
Total abuse of extra charges!
