Off-Topic Transgender Legislation and Litigation

Actually I think it's a fitting consequence if they are confined to one-seaters, having to ask for a key or a code, going before they leave home or holding it until they get to the office, and otherwise being extremely inconvenienced. They are freaks and social hazards who have done horrific, irreparable damage to society and to our children. I hope they get the kidney damage they deserve.
They'll wear adult nappies, but will then kvetch that the nappies with packer pockets cost so much more than the regular adult nappies.

Kate Strangio is planning to try and lie to the Supreme Court.

New president of WPATH says it is unforturnate that doctors might actually follow the science and the law.

There is no evidence whatsoever to support this claim and the Finland study and the Cass Review actually disproved it.

Our little pooner is going to pretend that she is a doctor and make claims she is not qualified to make.

This is utter nonsense,

Chase Strangio sounds like a joke name.
Especially for a fucking Pooner it sounds like a fucking overcompensating Pooners idea of brodood Frat talk
"Hurr doods we gonna go chase some strange tonight bros, amirite fellow manly men huh huh"

Seriously of all the fucking names she went with Chase fucking Strangio?
:story:
Isn't she Ellen Pages BFF?

She can eat shit. If the Supreme Court is doing it's job it'll tell this little bitch to go fuck herself.
Gotta love how these fucking chemically castrated freaks want to try to use the courts to give them access to poison other people's children when they don't have their own.

Well, they did get California's supreme court, and the federal supreme court, to rule that two men playing with each other's poo-holes is considered a marriage, so it makes sense why they'd try to do it again for their other pet issues.

I can foresee a situation in the not too distant future where a proper doctor needs to prescribe hormones to a youngster, for REAL medical reasons, will be taken to court by these twisted fucks to prevent it.
So much of their argument today was stomping their feet that someone with precocious puberty can get puberty blockers while they can't, or that someone with a true hormone deficiency that needs it for some clearly identifiable health reason can get it while they can't. They talked as if "growing more hair than desired" is a justifiable medical outcome no matter what the underlying physiological reason is. The Tennessee lawyer could not get through to them that these are just cosmetics that you can't do no matter what sex you are, and that, no, a girl who doesn't want breasts doesn't get to have testosterone just for that reason only, just like a boy can't get it just because they want to be more muscular.

They can't identify real medical reasons because they would not admit there is any difference between the way girls and boys even handle hormones. Without screeching that it's sex discrimination to acknowledge this.

I’ve read various articles about this young autistic woman Clementine, and her case is extremely sad. Not only was she at 12 incapable of giving informed consent for puberty blockers (13 for cross sex hormones and double mastectomy at 14), but other sources have claimed that both of her parents were not just lied to by doctors, but both had mental health considerations that meant they were not capable of giving informed consent on her behalf. This one could be interesting.

ETA: Included in this suit are Dr Johanna Olsen-Kennedy, surgeon Dr Scott Mosser, the Childrens Hospital of LA, St Francis Hospital, and a therapist.

PDF of the complaint attached as local archive. The therapist is Susanne P. Landon, M.A., LMFT.

Some interesting portions:

She also suffered PTSD from growing up around a severely autistic brother, whose autism caused him to act out violently and made him highly volatile, creating a difficult home environment.

The sexual abuse was around age 6-7 and "prolonged" but the perp is not named- I wonder if it was the brother.

The second sexual abuse incident occurred after she had started testosterone:

That sexual assault took place from December 2018 through March 2019—shortly before her double mastectomy. Notably, Clementine had been discussing her relationship with the perpetrator with Ms. Landon.

Around this same time:

She had passive suicidal ideation and reported actually attempting suicide by hanging, and cutting her wrists in response to her hallucinations. She also continued to engage in self-harm and experienced on-and-off insomnia. She was prescribed several new medications with varying degrees of effect. Dr. Holloway noted that she was likely suffering from schizoaffective disorder.

Troons always throw out the "medically necessary" term to describe their hormones and plastic surgeries but medically necessary is defined as "“Services or supplies that are needed to diagnose or treat your medical condition and that meet accepted standards of medical practice.”"

If the government is saying that these things no longer meet the accepted standards of medical practice, who else should get to decide?

I'm not sure why Big Gay Al is ranting about the 8th Amendment. I'm not a Harvard lawyer and not even American so maybe I'm getting this wrong but it reads, "Excessive bail shall not be required, nor excessive fines imposed, nor cruel and unusual punishments inflicted."

Nothing in there about health care or who gets to define medically necessary.

The Eighth amendment does cover actual legitimate medical needs. For example, the prison has to provide insulin to a a diabetic inmate. To deny that is considered additional punishment with no nexus to the crime of conviction. However, as you correctly noted, the prisons have no obligation to deliver pseudoscience treatments to mentally ill men acting out a fetish.

The talking point of the troon lobby has always been that if troons are not affirmed--socially, medically, and surgery--they will suffer increasingly intense dysphoria until they kill themselves. Affirmation or suicide, there is no middle ground. Anything that affirms them is therefore medically necessary, because it prevents their dying of suicide. Anyone who would deny affirmation is purposefully attempting to cause distress which will cause them to suicide.

Of course, now there's a growing body of evidence that affirmation/transition does not reduce suicidalily, that the side effects of these treatments are severe and permanent for those who desist, and--from Strangio's own mouth in front of SCOTUS--troons do not always kill themselves if not affirmed. As the troon narrative breaks down, more people will say no to transing kids and giving creepy men access to vulnerable women.

Wait, whaaaa?

Sorry, the 'subjecting trans-women to humiliating and unnecessary breast exams' just smacked me upside the head.

Isn't the matra "Trans women ARE women"? Well, hate to tell ya, trans-babes, but breast examinations are a way of fucking life for real women. So deal with 'em. You have excess estrogen in your system that you're not designed to have, and therefore are at significantly elevated risk of breast cancer (which can affect men, but only affects ~1% of dudes who don't LARP as women and take hormones to try and LARP more convincingly).

I hope the tech fuckin' smashed those moobies into oblivion between the scan plates of the mammogram machine.
