My theory for which I have no evidence at all - at least one of the dents who recently tipped simultaneously in overtime got pissed off that their positivity didn't count, hence the streak being suspended when they told him they weren't going to show up, and now dying for good.

I had a similar one. That during these periods where repeatedly multiple different whales showed up in a panic to save the stream (3 times practically in a row, hundreds over the goals needed) the people had sent in something but DSP was expecting some other dent to "save da streak" so he sat on it a bit (pretended to not see it) to see if the intended dent would show up. Then when they eventually did, he revealed all of the contributions at once. He was being sly and gaslighty about it to get a few extra bucks, and now at least one is pissed. This would also match to me with his need for things to be in a particular way. White keyboard with white PC, and uh, brown snow white plus JEWISH queen in snow white. Weird like... "I want it to play out like this for some autistic reason so I'm going to make it do so" drives meeting greed drives and short sighted impulsivity.

Edit - Just watched memeology and I’ve been meaning to say for a while; Phillip has started to say “I’ve gotta get out of here” a lot lately. It’s something ALT says basically every stream. My Theo theory is Phillip watches a lot of TBS/WPIG and has picked it up from him.

It was confirmed when he privated a video they watched live. Im also 100% he watched all long style tevin videos pre-twitch ban era.

Yeah, I know he privated a video and clipped them on Twitter but I think if he’s picking up phrases from ALT he’s watching him A LOT.

One could take it a step further and suggest his recent obsession with improving his streams is because he’s seen how hype theirs is. Probably not specifically then, but I think it might be one of a few he watches that made him realise he’s falling behind.

Two people fight. The fight is 'real,' they are actually striking each other and attempting to hurt/kill the other. This is known as a 'shoot fight.'

Two people appear to fight each other. The fight is for the audience to feel like they've seen something worth the price of admission. They are appearing to strike each other even when they use obviously cooperating techniques on each other that would normally kill another person if they were to have it done to them legitimately but the two participants are looking out for each other's safety while applying these crowd pleasing holds and moves on one another. This is what is known as a 'work,' or a 'worked match.'

Shoot means legitimate fight where anything could potentially happen. Work means playing it up for audience appeal and the ending is predetermined.

I'm convinced this is something that he's been doing for a while. It's probably related to getting used to the constant drip feed of 1MM. In any case, if a particular whale isn't present and not begging for a shout-out, DSP likes to keep a big tip in his barrel. Allows him to reveal it at a more opportune moment, or make some extra bucks on top, if other dents think the streak (or whatever stream reward) might not be reached.

We have to keep in mind that his financial supporters are actual retards and easily scammed with such manipulation tactics. DSP probably spends lots of his free time wrangling tards, in order to get most out of their velcro wallets.
