I don’t want to PL here but I often work with a place that is filled with some of the most genuinely caring people you can meet. Who happen to provide support for cancer patients and their families. Most often for free and when they get compensated it’s very little.

I know the actual salaries and compensation in my group and I am well familiar with the 6 figure insurance bills. The only ones who may only be paying 3% of earnings are the ones who's primary income does not come from the direct practice of medicine. Such as the guy that owns 7 imaging centers. I've been adjacent to a mess of different doc setups, single doc owned establishment, hospital-attached, local group operations., and it seems like they're all VERY unique setups even within each type, then you throw in local/state rules on top of that to make it all even more complicated.
