Depends where you live on the technical legality. But that means jack shit because no police force cares about that sort of stuff anyway. I remember reading a story about the first person to be arrested over that shit here and it was fairly recent, much more recent than internet gooning is. It took him sending not just loli porn but realistic designs (think boku no pico not spyxfamily type shit, loli but resembles an actual child not just an anime child) and even then he had hundreds of gigabytes and posted it everywhere. No policeforce is going to go after someone for a crime with no victim especially with how underfunded they all are. From what I've seen they didn't even share anything that would even fall under that category anyway, though the screenshots on here are far from complete. The closest I can find is this screenshot that assumedly has shotacon content below the crop. But a shitty low res screenshot with the incriminating part cropped out is hardly going to get anyone in legal trouble.

Wholeheartedly agree. Especially since 99.9% of the time, pedos only ever get discovered AFTER grooming/molesting/raping etc. I don't even know why they let those monsters back out the can when they could just execute them especially since people claim prisons are 'overcrowded'. There's about 800,000 people on the sex offender registry, and they're allowed to walk more or less free.

Admittedly though, it would be interesting to see if there was a way to cure someone of pedophilia though. Maybe as some sort of therapy which helps prevent them from raping children while having an added benefit of keeping someone as a productive member of society. The only way to qualify being that you can't have molested anyone, otherwise it defeats the purpose.
