I can see it now. Taylor Swift has been called to the stand and sworn in as a witness. Since she's there as a plaintiff's witness, Russel gets to ask the first set of questions. Russel asks Taylor about his song. He looks at her and she looks at him. They make eye contact, staring into the beauty of each other's souls. Romantic music swells and...hold on, that's actual romantic music in real life, not my imagination.

As if this is a FISA court instead of a copyright case.

Pointing out Russell's conviction is long overdue and delightful to read, but I wish Harden would (even if it's a little improper) respectfully ask Russell to stop sperging about the HARDSHIP, that the judge has pointed out this is not a harassment case, and that no one cares about his PLIGHTS. That'll really make the inhuman retard ree, but it also points out Russell's repeated behavior of being unable to control his PLIGHTS sperging to the distraction and detriment of the actual case.

I am just enjoying how much fun this case has become now that things are starting to roll. As soon as the settlement conference was ordered I was sitting back and waiting for the lulz to flow, but my expectations have already been exceeded and I don't see it slowing down anytime soon.
