He's not seeing anywhere near the top of the range, and probably just a fine or even a plea to some kind of disorderly conduct bullshit. While what she did might not legally constitute harassment or present enough of a threat that it would entirely justify pepper spraying her, she had no legitimate purpose ringing his doorbell. What was she there to do? Have a reasonable exchange of views?
She knew damn well he had no interest in talking to her and she was there to start shit.
But if he'd just told her to leave, then called the cops, not only would she have got nothing to show on social media, but she might have even been the one arrested herself if she refused to leave. At the very best, she would be told to stay away and stop her shit.
I also notice he was whining about "death threats" like all the other SJWs do. But if it's some woman then he suddenly finds his balls. You didn't hear about him pulling this with some male junkie antifa lunatic.
You have implied consent to go to the common entry point of someone's house unless they have already withdrawn that consent (via a sign, a locked gate, or telling you verbally to leave).
This is legally true, but it generally implies having some legitimate reason to be there. Even if it's something pretty much nobody wants like some Jovie trying to get you to join their cult. But then the ball's in your court to tell them to leave. THEN it becomes illegal to stay there. Ringing their doorbell to tell them to go fuck themselves because you're mad about some shit they said on the Internet is bitch behavior.
I'd argue that going onto someone's property when you know you have no real business there is at least simple trespass, but you rarely see the police do anything about that. It's usually showing up after a verbal or written stay-away (or if there is a sign) that you get in trouble.
they let repeat offenders walk over and over again with just probation. though i think the funniest thing would be making him get a job. 40 hours a week whataburger for 3 months, it is so ordered
Make him work a taco truck.
