Out of all the judges who might take this case, it seems almost all of the associate judges or those who might be assigned to Room 102 are black men, women or black women. If he's really unlucky Nick will get the black man who wrote an article about the "long, bloody struggle" for DEI or a member of the Democratic Women of South Suburbs. His best bet is Judge Shalabi who is the only non-black man at that courthouse he might get. That judge might be sympathetic towards his "Islamic alliance" arc. But out of the nearly dozen judges he could get, he's probably going to get cooked.
