I don't know Soliloqueef's relationship in full with Shmorky, but if they were acquaintances or just okay friends that probably means he was REALLY desperate for that attention.

I wonder how many other people got messages like this? You know he wants as much attention as possible.

No one in the US is going to jail for drawn porn. The one rare instance that Null already cited was unique cause that fucked up dude had real CP as well and the court was like "welp".

Shmorky isn't going to jail unless they seize HDs of his that have actual CP on them, which isn't out of the question, but they would need probable cause etc.

No one get too excited.

The fact that he specifically aged his characters may put him into hot water. Sandy is 6 right?

I think most dodgy psuedo-kiddie-porn usually makes them of-age (of several hundred years old) to avoid certain laws, simulated kiddie porn is still illegal in most places, the US can't be that far behind right?

To my knowledge even specifically aging the characters doesn't put him in any "hot water" in the US. Not sure really but I do not think so.

The feds don't really care about an anthropomorphised sheep though, they have bigger fish to fry. If it was ever brought to court, it would no doubt be ruled as kiddy porn, but until a babyfur harboring actual child porn is brought to trial, it's not going to come up.

I have been online friends with Dave since I was about 18 and I am in my early 30s now. We have lost contact here and there over the years, but it was never anything personal.

Photo-realistic CGI or erotica drawn in the likeness of a real child is the only fictional content that is considered child pornography. Possession and production of child pornography is one of the most serious claims you can make about a person because it involves real human suffering and it's definition should not be muddied by angry people who want to see Klurf artists hanged. Unless Shmorky drew Klurf porn of Lowtax's kid, he has not broken any laws. (Though I have no idea how to think about Shmorky's chatlogs legally. I'm sure there's something there, but it'd have to be an accusation from the person affected at this point IMO.)
