Fuck him. Give me the fedora if you want but this legit makes me mad at how ungrateful he is. His parents were the rare good boomers. Allowing him to not only live there rent free well into his 40s but hand down the house to him in a shocking display of generational wealth. His response is to gleefully tell the world he hates them and drag them through the mud. All while he plans to sell the house and fuck off to the south. Truly a rancid soul

I have no proof or evidence to back this up, but I know that some “retirement age” people will sign their house over to their adult children (or grandchildren) as a way to get around the maximum asset limits that would prevent someone from qualifying for Medicare or other similar benefits.

Which if true, makes it even more scummy and fucked up. Rich’s parents signed over the house to him so they couldn’t be considered “too wealthy” for Medicare, and he turns around and makes moves to kick them out and sell the house from under them.

Richard is a mentally abusive bitch who throws temper tantrums. Never takes advice and get more emotional then a bipolar woman.
