This is one of those things that gives you life lessons. Even at my age, looking back at how into the "movement" was, and now watching him spiral out because some equally old dudes didn't consoom the same slop he did in the same way he did, just makes me really think back on my own desire to have something to "fight for"
If he was wrong then, the movement would have never caught on. He was right for the most part and that was enough to resonate with the customers. Many had already stopped buying comics before he ever opened his mouth and more did after. CG would not have been a thing if there was not a lot of truth in what he said. Ms Marvel was a character that could barely work and was executed poorly, Captain Marvel sucked, All-New, All Different Marvel as a whole was misguided at best, the X-men were trashed and on the DC side, we had the Nu 52 which sucked as well. All this was under the watchful eyes of the people that brought you your most hated storylines/ideas ever such as Dan DiDio and Joe Quesada. Do not defend THAT!
