The terms "delusions of grandeur" and "catastrophizing" immediately came to mind when I read that drivel. Greta's doing fuckall about the suicidal people calling TLL, but now she wants to embark on a glorious new project of epic proportions and coincidentally also have far more power over people. It's as if she's deliberately trolling us at this point.
And the people in that post... This is the self-defeating stupidity I was just talking about. We don't know how things regarding LGBT matters will turn out in the various agencies and the impending Trump administration, but it's certainly not going to be anything like this Nazi-like catastrophe these people are indicating. Fucking fleeing into the desert (and hahaha, BLM property... they don't give a fuck about non-black people)? Underground railroads? Most trans people at most just need to move to a more favorable area. There are even areas in the Southeast (which tends to be cheaper in everything) they could move to. Hell, Atlanta is inexpensive, has a decent public transit system, has a bunch of conventions for those who like those things, has available housing, AND they're openly pro-LGBT. Trans people facing opposition just need to plan well and make relocation a high priority, not wallow where there are in self-pity and terror. Take some fucking initiative or deal with the consequences (disregarding the genuinely disabled, children, other special cases).

The dental work I've documented. I'm sure TLL promoted the emergency immigration fundraiser, but I haven't reached that period yet (though I've read most of it before my project).

This is not mutually exclusive. TLL service is distributed geographically and is served from their central to volunteers everywhere around the country. Nina and Greta could absolutely be taking calls while the other one is driving.

Greta and the bulk of her trans activist buddies are not trans. They've never got anything remotely resembling a dysphoria diagnosis, nor has pretty much anyone they employ. They are ascended fetishist in the same category as Mark Boyd and Jake Alley, with the only difference being that Nina and Greta actually had the money to get SRS.
My understanding is "transgender" covers more than the stereotypical and classical "transsexual" variety which first receives that diagnosis you mentioned. So, those who don't need or want such drastic treatments as HRT or SRS and who might be fine with laser hair treatments and crossdressing (i.e., femboys) wouldn't need such a diagnosis and would still be considered trans if they consider themselves trans.
Though all of that is somewhat extraneous with regards to our lolcows since it seems both of them received SRS, which to my understanding requires a diagnosis and a lengthy process of therapy and acclimation before a surgeon will approve SRS. Assuming they both received SRS, while I agree they're crazy and terrible fearmongers and scammers, I don't doubt they're actually trans or that they received a lot of supervision before.
